Visited your store with a family member to get my first COVID shot. Your pharmacy staff was efficient and professional and overall wonderful. Lots of administrative work required to do the shots and so grateful for your hardworking, thoughtful, caring staff. Thank you Thank you

Amazing people who work here however the customer service area is always busy. The plus is they have fast cashiers.

Giving them 2 stars because they provide the Kennett area with one stop shopping and lots of stuff you can't get anywhere else in town without driving out of town. That's pretty much where it ends. Sadly Wal-Mart doesn't care about customer service anymore. It's just how fast they can get you in the door, extract your money and move on. My mom, who doesn't get around as well as she used to, bought a pack of panties and didn't notice they were the wrong size until she got home. When I was home for the holiday, she asked me to exchange them. Sadly without a receipt and being a woman's product, they told me no. I explained the situation and they didn't really care. I'll be forced to shop there again when back in town because sadly there's no other options. Sadly I must give them a below average score.

Never enough cashiers. As I sit here and write this I'm still 9th in line at the service desk with 1 cashier. Note, when I see you brush past all the customers to hide in the room behind the desk noticing how many customers are waiting, means you're rude!

Anybody that knows anybody knows what wal-mart is. What can one say about a store everybody's familiar with. The prices are low & usually the cheapest on everyday items you use and need but not always. (Sometimes even their own website, wal-mart.com, is cheaper than inside the store itself and it's better to buy it off there instead or they don't have it inside the store at all and you have to get it off their website in that case as well) Milk, eggs, sugar are always cheaper at Aldi's. Ground beef is almost always cheaper at Country Mart. There are Wal-Mart exclusive things as well. You can exchange items and get refunds without much of an issue. No refunds on movies and music though, just an exchange for the same thing for copyright reasons, i suppose. I expect that about anywhere you buy them new at. What's also nice is they recently installed a free Wi-Fi you can surf the net on now. It works decently most of the time but not always. Good days and bad days on it. The fact you can't buy confederate flags or have it put on a birthday cake or other things like that, (not that I have, I'm just saying how some people feel about this) doesn't bother me a whole lot cause their's plenty of places, (though a little inconvenient) on the internet to find them at but still, I am not a big fan of political correctness. Friendly cashiers for the most part. You can also self checkout, where you scan them yourselves. It's kind of fun and fairly easy to do though more than often their will be problems with the machine and you will have to have someone help you. Other times certain self checkout machines will say CARDS ONLY or won't take your money if it's not in pretty good shape or too wrinkled up. I don't particularly like having to show ID to buy beer when I'm clearly over the age by quite a lot. I remember one time I didn't have my ID when I was buying a R movie and the woman took it away and wouldn't let me buy it and i was over the age. I was pretty upset about that but that was a while back and I've never had the problem since. They also have a machine when you walk in the first door to your right, before you go into the next door to enter the store, where you can rent movies as well. 4 Stars.
