If someone tells not to use this shop trust them or me, because I didn't listen, unless you want to find out the hard way! I'm not used to having to double check a business's work and then having to chase them down to fix the issues with no resolution. Look at your vehicle closely before leaving, I can guarantee you they missed what they were supposed to take care of! Example...they placed a rim on my car, but they put a gray rim on instead of a black one, like the others on my car to match, as if I wasn't going to notice sooner or later. That's being taking care of elsewhere. Goodluck (NOT) if you choose them!

The only mechanic shop I trust. I live about an hour away from Kennett and would still make sure to have my vehicle done by them. They worked on my Honda Civic in April, and after another accident, I brought my Ford Escape in. After I got my Civic back, I had issues with my A/C not running cool air, I messaged them immediately and they gladly let me take it back to they could double check their work. They have great communication and they definitely are a business that cares for their reputation just as much as they care for their customers. Amazing job, I recommend them to anyone if you are in the surrounding areas. They are also a highly rated insurance approved shop, I might add!

Worse experience ever dealing with a business. Dropped my car off got the estimate and emit says it’s a 3 day job, well 3 months later I finally get the car back after babysitting them everyday to get the job done. Was lied to multiple times by owner and worker about details of my car and what was going on with it. Picked my car up and there were beer bottles in what I would assume was an office. Papers piled up everywhere, big desk with papers everywhere and BEER BOTTLES in the sink! I would assume those same bottle are the reason my car took so long to fix and when I got it back it was fixed right. Engine light came on a week after picking the car up and not even calling these guys. I will just pay out of pocket for someone a little more professional.Services: Painting
