Needed to get my car door replaced. They had to order it from several different people because complications kept popping up, and they wouldn't ship it. It took over two months before the door came in, but they never gave up on trying to find someone who would cooperate with them. Once the door came, they installed it quickly, and everything worked properly. Very nice staff.

This rating is not really based on their work as I did not need them for that. We are from Arkansas about 2 hours away from Kennett, MO. Our daughter, though, was in Senath. Her car broke down and we needed some way to get her car back to Arkansas without us having to pay a huge tow bill. Googled nearby places to rent a trailer or something...they happened to have a car dolly for rent through uhaul. Called them right at closing time(literally 4 minutes before) and Brad Pitts waited on us. Super nice and extremely helpful to the out of state people that were stuck between a rock and a hard place! Thanks again, Brad!
