“This rating is not really based on their work as I did not need them for that. We are from Arkansas about 2 hours away from Kennett, MO. Our daughter, though, was in Senath. Her car broke down and we needed some way to get her car back to Arkansas without us having to pay a huge tow bill. Googled nearby places to rent a trailer or something...they happened to have a car dolly for rent through uhaul. Called them right at closing time(literally 4 minutes before) and Brad Pitts waited on us. Super nice and extremely helpful to the out of state people that were stuck between a rock and a hard place! Thanks again, Brad!”

“I have to have my daughter at the airport at 3am. I realized at 5:30pm that I had wires showing on my tire. I called the auto center. The lady on the phone didn’t sound happy but, she told me they close at 7. I got here around 6 and she told me she didn’t think they’d have time but, she would ask. I told her my situation and also explained that I work for this company. I was just about in tears bc I’d already drove here 30 minutes away and called before hand. The sweet gentleman who works in the shop agreed to put my tires on. I would definitely recommend this Walmart Tire and lube dept. I was expecting a bad experience but, they definitely proved otherwise. Thank you.Service: Tires”

The staff service was excellent, was able to answer all my questions...and were majorly c courteous! I ordered the power steering pump based on this exceptional service, rather than shop around and decide -- good service gets the sale.”
