“Yeah, it's a gas station. They sell gas. Oh yeah, and all the accouterments you'd expect from a little shop attached to a gas station. The thing I like about this gas station though is that for years, they were the only station between Liberty and Kearney. When the area became developed enough to support two stations, QT got a license to build a station not just close but right next door. Did tiny little Pour Boys stumble and resolve to be driven out of business like QT surely hoped? Nope. They renovated the place, nearly doubled the convenience shop and the number of pumps before QT could build their location. The result is that Pour Boys has just as good of a location, possibly a little better and now 5 years later, is still in business. Way to stick it to the big boys, Pour Boys!”
“The only bank midwest worth going to is the excelsior springs crown hill branch, every other branch is awful. This branch is the only one with kind genuine peopleSadly I moved to the city and am closing my accounts because I am so disappointed in the other branches”

“I found myself in an emergency need of transferring money from my checking account to my child's account today. As it is Saturday June 4, all of US Banks branches closed at noon I thought. I found one open on the Plaza until 2pm but I'd never make it in time. Had almost given up until I spotted a branch inside a Price Chopper in Liberty with a 4pm closing time. I hopped in the car and drove over 20 miles. The nicest young man, Mark, greeted me and completed the transfer while answering my questions about the process. If I owned a bank he'd have my card an invitation to work for me at a higher salary than US Bank is paying him! I seldom experience great customer service like Mark's these days.”
