Horrible experience with this company
Their return policy is horrible and do not specify about charging restocking fees (even if unopened)
Moreover, unlike other brands, buyer is responsible for shipping back
4 wheels plus restocking fees cost about a wheel
Buy third party or used
If you are on the fence about these, go to a different brand

I have yet to mount the wheels but man, some of the coolest and very helpful people. I ordered the wrong wheels and they are making the return process seamless. Samantha is super easy to deal with. and you cannot beat their prices. Will never use a different company for my wheel needs. they respond quick on email and answer the phone everytime. Great business to do dealings with! Highly Recommend!

Best bang for your buck however you get what you pay for. I got new bead lock wheels and within two months they’re already rusting. They look good and all but the rust on them just ruins it. On another note I ordered two front skinny wheels for my drag racing set up and I was told they were going to be delivered May 25 well they’ve never been delivered yet they do not update me I finally called today and they said it’s going to be August. So long story short they never would’ve updated me I’ve got a wait five months from the original order to receive my wheels. It would’ve been real nice to have a call from somebody saying hey we’re not getting these until this date would you like to continue your order or would you like to cancel it. But no I never received anything.

Ordered a set of wheels from their website following the fit guide they provide and both front and rear wheels are the wrong backspacing. Sent a message through the website and an email to the only email address I could find and never heard a word back. VERY poor customer service, and (after it's too late) read some reviews on forums and it is a pattern for this company.

I have taken my car here for 8 years now. My last couple services have been disappointing. I left the car there on a Thurs., they said they'd diagnose it on Mon. but, didn't get to it til Tues. Then they said they'd start on it that Fri. but didn't start on it til the week after (I would've rather driven my car over the weekend instead of uber than leave it there). The issue with my car was that the passenger heating wasn't working. When I picked it up, they had drove it past empty for a total of 72 miles. This seemed strange to me so I called to flag it to them and to get an explanation and they said they needed to drive it that far to check that the heating wouldn't fail. I have a VERY fun and rare car to drive so I can understand if the tech wanted to drive it further than standard. Another mechanic would have to comment on if the 72 miles wasn't standard but I would've appreciated at least an apology for leaving my car on empty. If they did joy ride in it, I would've laughed and would've appreciated the honesty. I just don't trust them anymore; too many over-promises and the service just isn't like it used to be.

Awesome people that work there good product very helpful and friendly im from Texas working in Kansas city Missouri rained out called at 9am she called me back within a hour letting me know the wheels are ready for pick up

Do not buy from this company! We’ve had many problems with wheels missing caps and logos!I called today and spoke with Samantha about a missing cap on a wheel! She called me a liar and yelled at me. I’m very upset. I even told her I’d pay for the cap. Not acceptable or professional. DO NOT BUY FROM RACESTAR!

I damaged my car and they did a great job fixing my vehicle. It looks like brand new and I could not be happier with both the price and the work. I highly recommend this place and they will have my business from now on. Kevin the Service Manager stayed in contact with me updating me throughout the process of getting parts and fixing the vehicle.
