“Update: They have improved greatly since I shared the original review. The staff are much more professional & friendly. We haven't had any of the issues that we were having previously.
They never have the medication in stock. They tell you it will be available in 2 days, but it isn't. We usually have to have prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy because they are never in stock. When you speak to the people working there, they are rude & never helpful. We'll be doing our business somewhere else from now on. I'm tired of wasting my time on an unprofessional business who hire people who can't do their jobs.”
“I have never filled a prescription here before. It's great to see places like this still around in our busy lives. He does have a sign on his door to call when you arrive, and they will bring everything out.”
“Pretty decent and clean little gas station for the same club, will say it’s sometimes refuels at the oddest moments, but always see an attendant who can and will help someone whenever they need help. Overall 4 out of 5 because there usually is a cheaper option in independence Sam’s club gas station. But pretty decent gasPrice here too, Walmart down the street is cheaper sometimes which is kinda confusing.”

“This location in liberty missouri used to be top notch for their pharmacy. But ever since they started closing other locations in the area.This one has gone Downhill.The employees don't seem to care when there are people lined up.They still stand around gossiping holding personal conversations right in front of paying customers. I.
Know this will be seen online and they have.My name is pastime management does something about this. I've even noticed employees eating in the prescription fill area.”
“I have been going to A&R for several months now, and their staff is so friendly and professional. They are a "compound" pharmacy (they put powdered medications into capsules when needed) however, they also fill everyday prescriptions with no problem. A&R has been filing a specialty medication for my Labrador Retriever since November of last year. Today I had to leave work and was in a bit of a pinch for time, so I called ahead to have my prescription waiting up front for pick up. The staff waited for me to pull in the parking lot, then brought my prescription out to my vehicle, so I could get back to work as quickly as possible. Exceptional customer service such as this is unheard of in today's times! I cannot explain how wonderful this pharmacy is, and I highly recommend them!!”

“I love shopping at Sam’s Club! Their sales are fantastic, and the products are pretty good quality for the price. It’s a great place to stock up on household essentials, and I always find great deals.
I’ve tried their pharmacy in the past, and while it wasn’t my favorite experience, I do appreciate their fair pricing. It’s a good option if you’re looking to save money on prescriptions.
Now, about the food court… Sam’s Club, we need to talk. Every time I stop by, the tables are a mess, the floors aren’t clean, and it feels a little chaotic. The employee working the café could definitely use some improvement in customer service—he always looks like he’d rather be anywhere else. Honestly, just looking at the food court makes me feel like I’m catching something. There were many empty tables to sit at but they all had nasty crap all over them. Saw employees standing/sitting around when they could maybe wipe a table or two.
That being said, I still love shopping here and will continue to do so. But please, Sam’s Club, let’s get the food court together!”

“Ignore the other reviews, these guys work hard at what they do with the staffing that they have available. Always courteous and kind, while other patrons may find the wait frustrating. Liberty -- in and of itself -- is an overpopulated area with an infrastructure that wasn't designed for this kind of throughput. The folks that work at this location work very hard and, in my regular experience, always deliver on what they promise.”

“Over the years I have been to a variety of Walgreens. This location has far exceeded my expectations. They are always kind. They answer any and all questions. The drive through may not always be the quickest but I know they are doing their best to do it correctly and taking the time to answer questions. Amazing location. I highly recommend this location.”

“Kita saved me $256 dollars yesterday. I pulled through the drive thru and was lucky enough to be greeted by Kita. She knew about a coupon that was $256 less than my insurance would have had me pay in copay. She was busy and she could have easily just charged me but she took the time to tell me about the coupon and where to download. I drove around the building and downloaded the coupon pulled thru and instead of $281 it was $25. If CVS Liberty wants to raise their reviews, hire more like Kita. Big shout out to her.”

“This store has had a lot of turnover. Hiring more staff has been very hardThe original crew have all left. We are not all rude. As for medications being out of stock, its beyond our control. You have the option for us to find another CVS that can fulfill your medications.It is easy to blame when you don't have all the information. It's unfortunate some people have had such negative experiences.”
