“Great experience. walked out the store with a brand new phone after having my old phone for 5+ years. Ahmed helped make the transition smooth and easy. Lovely people at the store. Look forward to my new phone”
“Very knowledgeable staff that actually take the time to explain the repair process, I had a nightmare issue with my PC rebooting and the techs here got me fixed within the same day and recovered my info. Highly recommend!”
“These five stars are for Travis, who helped us upgrade my wife’s phone. He asked what brought us in, he listened to our needs, and got us started down the right path. He suggested other services/products we might want without shoving them down our throats. His good service and attitude is in contrast to the manager, who hovered over his shoulder half the time we were there. Zero stars for him. The manager was VERY pushy and would not take no for an answer. He swore up and down that by signing up for two years of DirectTV through ATT, our bill would somehow go down. It sounded too good to be true, and, after a HARD sales pitch for a service we didn’t need/want, he finally ran the numbers in front of me and lo and behold, it was too good to be true. I don’t know if he was intentionally being deceptive or if he just didn’t understand our wants/needs, and I know this environment is all about the upselling, but he actively made our day and our ATT experience worse. Travis = good, Manager = Wait for Travis to become available.”
“Refreshing.
Customer service has taken a back seat at most places I've been for a long time, not here.
Sara and Miley went above and beyond to explain the process in such an efficient way. I will continue to purchase phones, add lines and make payments at this location.
Big thanks to them.”

I Was greeted and assisted by Isaiah and he was very helpful and professional , if his boss sees this give him a raise. it's hard to find good employees these days so don't take the one you have for granted.”
“Hands down the best staff ever! I brought my autistic daughter to get her first cell phone and they really touched my heart with going above and beyond to make sure she was happy. Thank you all so much for all your hard work and just being amazing people.”
“P the lady that helped me was was very patient with me. My hat off to you guys I really like my visit their.”
“Geek Squad can help resolve computer problems. They're reliable, and frankly, if they can't troubleshoot your issue, it may be time to invest in some new hardware. Thankfully, I haven't had to use them a whole lot in the past few years. I don't know how they vet their applicants...I mean, anybody can claim they know how to work on computers...but in my experience they've always got some sharp employees. And that's why I'm not giving them five stars. Because, you see, while most Geek Squad workers have been polite and helpful, don't be surprised if you run across just ONE on staff who appears to believe he's the god of PC's, who can't seem to resist letting you know that you're a mere mortal, and possibly a clueless one at that! Hahaha I think it's not uncommon for those in the computer/tech world to have a superiority complex. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Geek Squad's services to anyone. If you do run across the odd staffer who seems to live to make others feel d**** just ditch him and latch on to another.”
“We had a very good experience at this location. There was a wait because it was very busy but someone (Jesse)greeted us right away to see what was needed. As soon as an employee was available we were helped. Everything went smoothly and Becca was very professional and so fun to work with. Jesse helped with our screen protectors and they are perfect! THANK YOU for making what could have been a stressful experience, a joyful one.”

Was Greeted by Markell and was informed on all products and services that Verizon offered. I was surprised by a lot of updates that Verizon offered and the prices in which they offered it. I will say Markell was knowledgeable and well informed about the service and products that his company offered. This young man is a asset and won back a customer that left in the past. I will say that if you are visiting this location ask for Markell.”
“This was the easiest electronics purchase I've ever made. I love my new printer. Whoever thought of "curbside" service is a genius and should get their own holiday. BestBuy never disappoints. And the employee bringing out my stuff was kind and friendly. Will go back here for sure.”
“Erica was extremely kind and helpful today. She helped me pick out a new phone and get everything off the old one. Then she made suggestions on features I might like in my new one. Excellent service!”
