I ordered my son a medium adult hoodie for cross country and I received a youth medium that my 6 year old son could wear. They will not exchange it because "they wouldn't be able to sell it." I was of course irritated with the situation but was going to order another one. The guy on the phone was extremely rude so I just told him that I'm not ordering from his company. He said, "ok." And hung up on me. NEVER will I purchase anything from this company again!
