Dr. Leighr is truly exceptional, and I have complete confidence in his guidance. Over the course of 14 years, he has provided exceptional care for all four of my beloved furbabies. I wholeheartedly recommend him without any reservations.

Grief is not a sign or weakness; but a sign of love. Our Elvis emitted magical fibers of joy & love. He was our little celebrity and anyone who met him soon became smitten with him. It has been a week today and we are still trying to get used to our new normal, if that's what you want call it. Curt and I both want to say a BIG thank you to Long Veterinary Clinc, Dr. Leighr, Amanda, Heather and the rest of the staff for not only your professionalism, but your kindness and compassion that was shown to us during this difficult time. It's hard to find care like this in the corporate world we live in today. We were blessed to love on our little man for 15 years 10 months. Elvis is no longer by our side, but he will be furever in our hearts!

I have boarded my dogs with this boarding facility twice and sadly, both times we had issues. I want to start by saying that the staff is very kind and you can tell they are animal lovers. I do not doubt their ability to love and care for my dogs while they are there. This is also not a review of the vet clinic but the boarding facility. The issue we had is the actual making of the appointment as well as the requirements to stay. The first time I boarded my dog several years ago no one told me she needed any vaccines so when I showed up they told me she needed the kennel cough vaccine and gave it to her. Unfortunately, that vaccine takes two weeks to take effect and we ended up picking up our elderly dog with a severe case of kennel cough. However, they took amazing care of her and she was happy when I picked her up. This past January I made an appointment to board my other dog in June and was proactive in getting a list of the vaccines she needed. In April I called to confirm her stay and they lost my reservation. After talking with the manager they were able to make it right. At that time I again confirmed that she needed to be up to date on her normal vaccines as well as the kennel cough vaccine. I made sure she had these and three days before I called one more time to confirm her stay and they told me that she needed the nasal kennel cough vaccine and not the oral gel which she received. They also told me she needed the influenza vaccine which they did not tell me when I called in January or April. I was told the manager tried to call me multiple times but they had entered my phone number incorrectly into the computer. She ended up having to get both vaccines the day we dropped her off and unfortunately she came home with a very bad case of kennel cough. I'm thankful she didn't come home with influenza as well, given it had no time to take effect. While I will no longer be boarding with them I would just encourage anyone who does to make sure they are clear about what vaccines they need as well as the correct form they want that vaccine given in. Make sure those vaccines are given at least two weeks in advance and call multiple times leading up to your trip to ensure they have your reservation in the computer.

Had a 4:15 appointment and arrived early. At no time was I told that they had 2 emergencies and were running behind. Waited about an hour and left. If you know you are running behind, call those with appointments after that and let them know, so in case they can't wait, they can reschedule.

It’s always a pleasure having Dr Leighr and Haley out for a farm call. It wasn’t an emergency just a normal visit with shots. We love how they are animal driven and they come before the people. Thank you for being such a great advocate.

Drop off for Surgery Apt was for 7am but doors didn't open til 730am. I was put in a room for an hour & a half before someone even came in the room only to tell me my "consult" wasn't til 9! This was never mentioned on the phone when making the apt. He was extremely nervous as it was, but the waiting made it worse.
On a good note- surgery went well. The vet tech was amazing and very knowledgeable.
Very clean facility with lots of staff on hand. Has a grooming building and a daycare building. We'll kept outdoor area.
Aside from the miscommunication I will return and recommend this office.

My mom's dog went missing, and he was turned into their clinic. I called to ask if any dogs had been turned in. You'd think the person I was talking to would've asked if any were turned in that they weren't aware if instead of just telling you no. Such great customer service.
