Very disappointed with the treatment and care provided from Little Dawgs Academy! It is so sad to see grown women take their issues and insecurities out on little defense-less kids. I was accused of being rude and complaining for simply asking questions about the care of my children ESPECIALLY for the PRICES and ADDITIONAL FEES I pay! My older daughter was hurt on multiple occasions with very little explanation or communication. My son started this facility fully potty trained and after four months of negative treatment regressed to daily accidents to which the staff shamed and humiliated him for his behavior causing him to not want to return to this facility. When I inquired about this we were immediately asked to leave the daycare. Due to their neglect my son contacted MSSA as a result - no wonder we were asked to leave - I'm sure they were afraid of the lawsuit! Do better Little Dawgs – you are shaping the youth of our future and should be building them up and preparing them for the big world not beating them down and killing their spirits. Shame on you!!! Please choose any other daycare facility if you truly love your children - it's sad how much emotional abuse they get at Little Dawgs. Being asked to leave was a huge blessing in disquise!

My child has been at Little Dawgs for almost a year now. I have nothing but great things to say about the teachers and organization here. Any events from the day that could lead to a potential issue are always disclosed and I feel that my child is very safe here.

LDA is an AMAZING place for our child to attend. We work more than full time and have the utmost trust that our child is cared for and loved while away at school. Our child has learned and developed so much within just one year of attending. I cannot recommend Little Dawg Academy enough!

Dropped off my granddaughter the other day and asked a simple question about their hours of service being different on the Facebook page to the hours on the entry door. Was not rude or loud just asking a question because I work in the city and if at sometime in the future I need to pick her up making it by 6 is much easier than 5:30. Somehow that got turned into me being rude and disrespectful and this was told to my daughter in law when picking her up. Now they have changed the hours on the Facebook page to be correct but have been rude and disrespectful to me for just asking what was said about me which was a total lie. I have dealt with thousands of customers over my 34+ year career and have never been accused of this much less lied about. Very poorly run and especially when it comes to discussing issues about anything , they just don't want to have a conversation at all. Very unprofessional all together.To add to my review I have learned they kicked my 4 year old granddaughter out of the daycare. She has been there less than two weeks. It is shameful what they have done over a total lie about my behavior. I understand that they have video and hopefully audio of the entry and I hope the owner of this facility will look at the video of me dropping my granddaughter off . They will see that this discussion with their employee was totally respectful and and very short. As I said she had been there less than two weeks and as a grandparent that will be picking her up once in awhile it was not out of the question to ask about their hours of service and if they would be expanding them back to 6PM.
