This has to be the worst experience ever I have seen from a pharmacy and the staff on hand is a joke, I worked in a pharmacy warehouse where we count thousands of pills everyday, but whenever you ask these people to grab your medication they will take forever just for 30 pills, lmao what a joke and the laziest people I’ve ever seen. My medication was completely free at every other pharmacy but when I tried to use this CVS first, oh my god did they try to charge me over 60 dollars, with insurance!!! Corporate needs to come in and completely shut down this location or fire all the extremely rude, unprofessional and under qualified employees. They told me twice to drive around the drive through, to only help the person behind me and made it a 30 minute experience to which I refused to pay for free medicine, it really should be illegal from the common people to have such a “luxury” tax when it comes to medicine, go anywhere and it’s free!!! Stay away from this CVS location in Kearney. This is a total embarrassment and the staff either being 16 and under qualified. Or 35 and overweight. Does not mean you get the right to be rude and boss your underage staff around. This one over weight lady said I would have to simply come in and come to the counter for my medicine, after 30 minutes of waiting in my car driving through the drive through twice, legit have never been spoken to in such a nasty, disgusting and unwelcoming tone!!! And btw we can hear you guys talk bad about the customers through the little drive through window so please check yourself!

I usually don’t have a lot of problems here but I got out of the hospital and didn’t have a ride able to take me to CVS until about their closing time. I called ahead to see if they would stay open for me to pickup as I had a painful procedure and need the medications. The pharmacy phone rang for 5+ minutes until 9 when they closed. I know someone probably heard that phone and just let it ring. Not impressed as I have pretty severe pain and would have appreciated at least a human answer.

Either a team lead or manager at this location was racist toward my wife. She tried banning my wife for couponing when she has zero authority to do so. I tried reporting the behavior to CVS corporate but apparently CVS doesn't care.

Same thing others have said if I could give zero I would’ve. Called to check on a prescription, talked to a robot for 3 minute. To get transferred to the pharmacy and have the technician catch an attitude with me. Total disrespect from the employee moment I picked up the phone. Complete joke of a pharmacy when you can’t even get your medication without fighting for it. They just need to be closed at this point

CVS Corporate has completely failed this location. Anytime problems persist this long at a location is a direct reflection of area management so I'm assuming this one is inept or nonexistent.

Zero stars here. Got a call my prescription was ready. Drove an hour the next day and went through the drive through. They said they never received the order. Told them I received a call yesterday saying it was ready for pick up. They told me to wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes then drive through. Did so and was told it wasn't ready. Drive around again. Did so then they were VERY rude. Told me to do it again. I was getting tired of this game and I will just stay at the window. She then threatened to cancel my order. This store needs to be shut down. I will be calling their Regional and corporate office

Terrible service, I run out of my medications nearly every month. Am told multiple stories. Out of stock, we are three days behind, etc. I don’t care anymore. I have medication I’m supposed to take daily and in 4 months I’ve never gotten them on time. One of my medications is now 5 days late. I was told yesterday it came in and would be ready in the hour. I’m writing this the next day, and they still haven’t filled it. The moment i can do so I’m switching pharmacies. I would go across the street to summers pharmacy which is what I plan to do once my current medications need refilled. Can I give 0 stars?

Can never get medication correct no matter how many times they fill the same script. Then they expect you to fix it when they screw it up. My sister also had her diabetic meds screwed up, if she hadn’t noticed the dosage was wrong it would have killed her. I fear for the public’s safety!!!

Prescriptions are consistently late. Promises are regularly broken. Excuses are delivered by surly employees. I try to shop local but this is simply unacceptable.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Dr calls in an inhaler and antibiotics for person. The person gets a text saying meds are ready for pick up. They assume that because the inhaler isn't covered under the insurance, the person doesn't want it and never fills the script. The person is now in the middle of a full-blown asthma attack, and they say the wait will be another hour.... are you kidding me?! The scripts were called in hours ago! I recommend you to take business elsewhere to a place the staff and pharmacist actually care for the ppl. 9 ppl behind the counter, and not one of you can put a label on a box and hand it to the pharmacist for approval, so someone doesn't die in your parking lot. Do better CVS....

Terrible service. Call a prescription in on Monday knowing it expires by Friday. They call me Saturday saying it is filled. They can't keep any prescription in stock I've been using them for a few years and at this point I don't know how many weeks I've had to wait to get prescriptions filled. They are terrible I moved all my prescriptions over to Summers pharmacy right across the street. Should have done it years ago.
