“All staff was friendly especially, Jeff who takes pride in his work at the Truck stop. He is An asset to the Company and has genuine qualities.That are hard to find in today's service industry. Lots of truck parking was available.”
“Used to have really bad experiences here but lately it has been great. There is a cashier, I think her name is Lisa, she is always so sweet to me. She dotes on me like a mama would, she always makes sure that I have napkins in my bag, asks if I need sauces, salt and pepper, etc. If my kids are with me, she speaks to them so sweetly, and if they aren’t with me she always says “tell the kids I said hi!”. This morning she noticed that I’ve been buying the glass bottle coffees by another brand and she offered to let me taste the Casey’s iced coffee, as it is half the price of the ones I’ve been buying.
Also there’s a man in the kitchen, I wish I knew his name, but a few days ago I grabbed some potato bites from the warmer and he came out and told me he was just about to throw those away and he handed me a box of fresh ones instead. I thought that was really great service and most people wouldn’t have gone out of their way to do that.”
“Update: They have improved greatly since I shared the original review. The staff are much more professional & friendly. We haven't had any of the issues that we were having previously.
They never have the medication in stock. They tell you it will be available in 2 days, but it isn't. We usually have to have prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy because they are never in stock. When you speak to the people working there, they are rude & never helpful. We'll be doing our business somewhere else from now on. I'm tired of wasting my time on an unprofessional business who hire people who can't do their jobs.”
“This store has had a lot of turnover. Hiring more staff has been very hardThe original crew have all left. We are not all rude. As for medications being out of stock, its beyond our control. You have the option for us to find another CVS that can fulfill your medications.It is easy to blame when you don't have all the information. It's unfortunate some people have had such negative experiences.”

“I ordered a sandwich on the app when I pulled into the parking lot. I saw it was extremely busy. I figured my sandwich would be late, but I walked in paid was in and out in less than 3 minutes. The c-store across the street and the one down the street should take some lessons from qt!”
