My family drove 6-7 hours and made the mistake of stopping here, when we walked in the room we noticed a mildew smell and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. My kids were tired so I let them rest for maybe a hour or 2 and then asked the front desk “Nash” if he knew what the smell was or where it was coming from and was immediately met with hostility. He tried to say we had been there since 11 that morning with no complaints, I said no that wasn’t right but he was yelling at me saying I was talking crazy to him and wasn’t trying to take any sort of responsibility and more or less blame me. He even went into the room and said he could smell it too so I’m not sure why the attitude, small man syndrome maybe. He was super disrespectful and screaming at me infront of people when I asked to cancel the reservation and refund me. Super sketchy…disgusting employees & rooms, beware.

Deceiving pictures! I was really looking forward to soaking in the hot tub after a long day of diving. Nope. The hot tub was completely cemented. Yeah. Not a great start. At the pool there were ants. The pictures looked to be taken about 10 years ago. When we showered we noticed mold on the ceiling and used soap stacked in the top corner. The bathroom door did not close all the way. There were random holes that were filled in and not painted. the windowsill was not even close to being painted over. they clearly didn't care. Curtains had odd white streaks that didn't belong. Woke up and then found out there were some BLOOD stains on both comforters (not from us). Not to mention the blood stain on the carpet. The hot tub fill in and all the blood stains really make you think: Are they hiding something? Went down to get breakfast and apparently we have to wait for the staff to finish making their waffles before we do. Speaking of the matter, there are no blueberry waffles as pictured. All the juice was nasty. The fruit punch was the least terrible but it was still very watered down. They need to update their online photos. I have some photos that I think everyone staying here or has stayed here needs to see. spend the extra money and stay in the Holiday inn. Disgusting hotel.

Mold in bathroom on walls, dirty towel on hook, food around base of beds, dirty microwave, noisey a/c. Locatiin good, friendly staff didn't use pool or eat breakfast there. Left as early as we could. Wouldn't recommend & won't stay again. Too dirty.

Convenient location ,I've stayed here before on my way to Minnesota. Service is great , very friendly staff. Clean but worn hallways and rooms.Spacious room ,very comfortable bed,adequate breakfast with many choices.

Man, people be trippin on here with these reviews lol! I've never had a bad experience with Comfort Inn. This room is legit. Nothing stinks, nothing is sticky, there's not an inch of dust all over everything, the bed is quite comfortable actually, the bath and vanity areas are clean and wiped down, sheets are clean. The guy that checked me in was nice. I seriously doubt that I got the one legit room in here.

We enjoyed the king size bed and in the room the hot tub was very relaxing and there was plenty of room. The pool was a very easy temperature to get into as well. Also have a good breakfast to start your day off with. I would stay there again.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable.

Pictures show a hot tub, something we really wanted after walking al weekend. Got there and there wasn't one. The pool area was very clean and inviting, however we continued our travels to another place. Staff was friendly and understanding.

Found a large bug in the sheets. The room had a stale smell, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I was unable to talk to the manager before leaving, and every time I called, the manager "is not in."

A few flaws but nothing that mattered too much. Tho the ripped up comforter was a bit ridiculous. Otherwise quite nice. We will stop again.

Needs updating. Some things were in very poor condition. The bed appeared clean and was very comfortable. The entire hotel reaked of strong Marijuana! We brought it up the the staff at the front desk before retiring for the night and again when we checked out. We should have just contacted the police department! Smoking is illegal in hotels in every state! I smoke cigarettes, but never indoors anywhere!! It is a security factor and common curtesy to others that may have allergies or just detest the smell! We will never stay at this hotel again and will warn others also!!!
Noteworthy details: They allow Marijuana use!!

I don't need a lot when I stay at a hotel when I'm traveling but a clean room is important. My room had fingerprints all over the mirror the floor had not been vacuumed there were literally pieces of food and other things on the floor. The bathroom floor was also dirty and had not been swept or mopped. The amount of dust at the bottom of the TV console showed that it had not been dusted in weeks. The woman who checked me in was polite the hotel was quiet and the location was great

The man at the front desk was extremely rude. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Both blankets on the beds were ripped and sherred up. The towels were all dirty. The room door didn't lock.I will NEVER go back to this hotel.
