Do not take your HD to Worth for service. 2 weeks to order a $15 part and didn’t address the unrelated service light. CUSTOMER SERVICE doesn’t exist at Worth. Several un-returned calls and no follow ups make this dealership worthless. Also had a short list of maintenance items to complete and asked about prices for parts/labor. Crickets. Posting zero stars with multiple service issues with Worth HD of KCMO.

Loretta in the clothing department and I believe Zach in sales (former police officer) that works at Worth HD were very welcoming and polite! All my questions were thoroughly answered! I had a great experience. Everyone at the store smiled big and said hello!

Best dealership in KC! Bought my 22 Road King there. All the sales staff were very professional and not pushy. D was the sales person and he was awesome. He got the deal done. I will definitely go back there for all my bike purchases.

Will never go back here again! The sales guy was a joke until a deal was made and the finance guy was trying to act like a tough guy! They gave me a bad offer, bad deal amd bad sales experience. I won't go back ever again. Sad because we regularly shop here. We left and went to Outlaw they took care of us!

These guys are amazing. I was heading out on a 2000 mile trip to the mountains and my aftermarket battery(lesson learned) gave out leaving me stuck on the side of the road. I gave them a call and they sent a real nice veteran ( thank you for your service) named David to come get me and take me to the dealership. The service department dropped what they were doing ,tested my charging system and replaced my battery with an HD battery. I was back on the road in about one hour. They didn't even charge me for the tow and Bobbie called the next day to see if I was OK. Thanks for all you did!

Flip Flopping on service quotes is not how to keep loyal customers happy !!! 800 dollars to change a freaking tire is outrageous! Was quoted 400 with new tire weeks prior. So I buy a tire and you double price ! Poor business practices will drive loyal customers away quickly...

Extremely nice place. Plenty of parts, accessories bikes and women. I did not get any pictures this time. I drove out of my way to pick up a spanner wrench for my softail and I'm glad I did. Update 8/27/2024. I went back and traded the Softail in for a Roadking. Zach wasn't pushy at all. Threaded me like a friend. Good business. I will be back.

Great buying experience. In and out quickly, fair pricing, knowledgeable, friendly sales people, great selection of bikes. Zach was an outstanding sales person, was very respectful and willing to talk everything through. Sal is undoubtedly the BEST finance mgr that I've ever dealt with at a dealer, it was all about what was best for me, not high pressure tactics to get himself extra commissions. Well done Worth crew! Highly recommended.
