I lived at wild oaks for the last 5 years and recently moved out due to the changes made after new management took over. My rent was massively increased. Extra fees were added on to monthly rent for trash valet and keyless entry which you couldn’t opt out of. The gym was closed a majority of the time along with the pool. There were multiple abandoned cars on the property along with vehicles being stolen/broken into. Due to the wooden steps there were an insane amount of carpenter bees. Pros would be the walkable community and how kind everyone was.

These are very nice apartments, they are well maintained with the Landscaping and they always answer your maintenance calls within a timely manner. Mike Augugliaro the maintenance man is awesome, he is quick to answer any maintenance related tickets and he always completes the job thoroughly so that you are happy.
