“Love
my Costco's Petro. Always cheaper than most other's.
The staff are always available to assist as needed. The staff are ready to help with lifting and directing you to the products.”
“This is the only gas station that I will stop at. Nina is so helpful and funny. She brings the gas station, positive energy and makes my day so much better. Wheres she been? Please bring her back!!!!”
“It’s a great Costco. Store is well laid out and self checkout available. They carry quality gasoline unlike Sam’s. My only reason for not giving it a higher rating is because state law does not allow them to sell alcohol but another 25 minute drive to the one in Missouri does.”
“Pretty decent and clean little gas station for the same club, will say it’s sometimes refuels at the oddest moments, but always see an attendant who can and will help someone whenever they need help. Overall 4 out of 5 because there usually is a cheaper option in independence Sam’s club gas station. But pretty decent gasPrice here too, Walmart down the street is cheaper sometimes which is kinda confusing.”
“The staff here was really great. I was able to transfer my prescriptions over and get them filled rapidly. Very polite understanding and caring as well as professional.”
“This my favorite location but today they made me mad the staff was mean in ignored the customer I did pull management aside in address the issues but it was resolved in I started my shopping”
“My favorite Sam’s Club but I want to make a special shout out and thank you to Natalie in Bakery she is the sweetest hardworking considerate baker there she made my experience 1000 times better :)”
“Excellent service and products! The staff, especially Allen, bent over backwards to rectify my mistake in my order. Other businesses could learn a lot from their superior customer service model.”
“I have been at COSTCO member for approximately 20 years. Obviously I would not have continued as a member if I was unhappy with their service the return policy is great. I enjoy shopping at the COSTCO on 88th St. in Kansas City Missouri. It is neat and clean. Any employees that I have encountered Have been very helpful, sometimes going out of their way to show me where a product is. Thank you, COSTCO. Employees for making COSTCO a great place to shop.”

“Great deal for pizza, $10 + tax for an 18" Pizza. You can get cheese, pepperoni, or half and half. They don't have sausage or supreme any more, sad days. Aldo they no longer have the pulled pork BBQ sandwich which was a regional Costco special and decent for $5. Same with the Sausage, brown mustard, and sauerkraut. I think they still have diced onion if you ask, and the $1.50 Hotdog plus large soda deal. Frozen yogurt is good. I like the vanilla with berry compote. Churros are gone as well. a huge chocolate chip cookie has taken it's place (haven't tried).”
“Great service! The guys went above and beyond to help me even going as far as googling other stores that could better serve me. I’ll always shop here and reccomend it going forward”
“I come to the Pearl City location because the excellent pharmacy staff. Added benefit is that a number of the product sizes here are not as large as their competitor. I don't need extra large, jumbo bulk sizes as I do not own a restaurant. Other items I really like are their various house brand hoagie, baguette type bread. They make excellent sandwiches and are extra delicious when toasted. Although it is a large bag, I will buy to share these or serve as mini French bread on Italian dinner night. The apple bananas here are always really good and offer the best price in the island. The only downside of being a member is that the free shipping offered to their members do not always apply. I am always amazed at how much more items the mainland stores carry, but we are lucky in that we are offered way more local and Asian products like fresh ramen. They also have Icee floats in their food court! Miss the melon flavor. If you are not a member, I believe they offer day passes.”

“Couldn’t have had a better experience. Tire blow out on the highway at 4pm on a Saturday. Called and Zoë said she had the tire and could race me in. When they realized that I told them the wrong tire size they caught it, installed the new one, gave me a discount, and had me out by 5:30. It hit me later how amazingly lucky I was to have this happen. Thanks Zoe and Costco tire team, you were a lifesaver!”
“I love shopping at Sam’s Club! Their sales are fantastic, and the products are pretty good quality for the price. It’s a great place to stock up on household essentials, and I always find great deals.
I’ve tried their pharmacy in the past, and while it wasn’t my favorite experience, I do appreciate their fair pricing. It’s a good option if you’re looking to save money on prescriptions.
Now, about the food court… Sam’s Club, we need to talk. Every time I stop by, the tables are a mess, the floors aren’t clean, and it feels a little chaotic. The employee working the café could definitely use some improvement in customer service—he always looks like he’d rather be anywhere else. Honestly, just looking at the food court makes me feel like I’m catching something. There were many empty tables to sit at but they all had nasty crap all over them. Saw employees standing/sitting around when they could maybe wipe a table or two.
That being said, I still love shopping here and will continue to do so. But please, Sam’s Club, let’s get the food court together!”
“Great alternative 2 standard delivery suppliers for restaurants what other businesses that prepare food. Often times cheaper than companies like Sysco, however they do have problems with being out of stock of specific items you may need. During busy times there's often a long wait to checkout with very little room to form lines”
“Gas is always several cents cheaper per gallon here than other gas stations. You must be a Costco member to get gas. Facility is always clean and one worker is always on staff. It's the least stressful place to fill up.”
