This was the best carwash, but Charlie’s has beat them in reliability, consistency and courtesy. If I pay for unlimited, I expect Unlimited. If you’re going to close without notifying your customers, you’re no longer reliable or consistent. You can notify them at the Carwash lane or send a email. To use a lame excuse, cost you dependable customers.

Carwash kept shutting down during the car wash cycle. I've seen final destination and I didn't need that spike in anxiety this afternoon.

Once excellent, now service diminished in quality of service. Ownership seems to have made a dramatic difference. The interior now gets little (and my car is never very messy). I was a blue club member for many years with a weekly wash, then a red club member, as quality declined declined and workers seemed stressed, now looking for a different establishment. I have witnessed the demise of excellent quality. Very sad after many years.

This was my first time visiting this location. The service was friendly, but the car wash and “new drying system” were lackluster. I was waved through before the car had enough time to dry under the blowers, and was left with hard water or soap spots all over it when it dried. Looked worse after the wash than it did before.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but this business scratched my friends car and will not take accountability for it. So if you want a scratched up car by all means check them out but if not then don't bother working with them.

Every time you come here it takes 45 minutes to 1 hour to get a wash and vac. Been coming for 6 months and plan on cancel my membership.

This place 2 years ago was my go to. Get a new vehicle took advantage of the free car wash 30 day new purchased vehicle. The guys were unaware of the program. I had acct number they were still lost , two more standing I asked they pushed me off to someone else. My vehicle wasn't fully cleaned still filthy. They don't dry free service anymore.. I'm good on thrm even if it is free

I took my brand new car here to get a *Whole Thing* car wash for $45, and for that price, I expected more. Was it better than me having to do it myself, yes. But again, for that price, it should have been perfect. I was on my way to work and didn't have time to go back and have them clean it better. They also left smudges on the windshield, which is a huge no-no. Right in my sight path. I spoke to a woman who said the wash in Leawood does a great job, so maybe I will try them next time. Sad, because this is close to my office and I would have bought a package. Not now.

Love a Waterway car wash! The service attendants do a good job, but if for some reason, they missed something, they’re more than happy to take care of it. Very friendly and appreciative of tips. So refreshing to have fantastic customer service nowadays.

I am not currently a member anymore due to location but when I came here I always got good service. But I would like to shine a light on one particular person "Spencer" always greeted me with the biggest smile and best cheerful mood!
