If it’s possible for 0 star I’ll, try to avoir or be ready to spend a while waiting for trailer, I dropped my trailer at 11 am for a 11:30 appointment, they called until 8 pm so avoid avoid ???

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A DETENTION AGREEMENT WITH AN HONEST BROKER AND FULFILL ANY REQUIREMENTS FOR DETENTION BEFORE BOOKING A LOAD HERE. I've delivered to this facility 3 times. It is the worst managed Walmart DC I've been to so far. When you arrive you drop your trailer then need to leave the facility and are told they will call you in 3-5 hours. The first time I received detention. The second time I got screwed out of 3 hours. I waited 6 hours this trip then went back to the gate to see what's up and they brought out my trailer. the guard (the younger guy not the old guy) and yard people are helpful and do their job. All other Walmarts I've been to are not exactly speedy but generally get you unloaded at about the 2 hour mark.

check in time-9:30 am now 9pm still on street. they take trailer and say park on street they gonna call you to take your trailer but wait is too much. try to avoid this facility

This one is somewhat different, if you are a live load you'll be told where to drop it from the gate lady, it's a 3-5 hour wait time for them to unload your wagon, you'll be instructed to vacate the property and she will call ya later on, and the 3-5 hour wait begins at your appt. time,
There's a QT down the hill and under the interstate on your right, some tractor parking, depends on how ya hit it...
This place is slow, and like the other places the gate lady is short tempered, and mostly just mean...

This place sucks all the way from guard shack till receiving my appointment was on Friday for 9 am,get there around 8 I know that I have to wait for my appointment time after 9 the took the sweet time to get me unloaded,was not even a full load,I left around 2:30 pm,always check for the strap the will forget to put back on the trailer avoid this damnd place

If the older guy in guard shack still have that attitude toward Walmart drivers, he will be hearing from the management. There is no need to be giving such a negative feeling when we come to this yard. You played me to read my truck # to you and u then asked my trailer number while u suppose to come out and reconfirm the accuracy of the trailer. It's your job. Respect is a mutual thing. God bless.

Fairly quick unload time (right around 2 hours) and then rufhr back out again.
Not bad to maneuver through. Only hiccups will be from drivers that are in a hurry to get to their door first.

Subject: Unacceptable Service at Your Distribution CenterDear Walmart Distribution Center Management,I'm writing to inform you that I've just had the unluckiest experience at your operation. ? The level of disorganization and unprofessionalism I faced was simply unbearable and far beyond anything I've dealt with.Being a devoted driver, I expected prompt response and proper communication from your end when I dropped my trailer in your yard. But to my utter surprise, nobody even bothered to call me back after 4 hours. ?⌛ I had to myself call and enquire about the trailer status. The lady at the other end conveniently stated she will call me back when my trailer is ready. ? Upon asking her to look into it, she confirmed that my trailer was conveniently sitting empty in the yard.To add fuel to the fire, I wasn't even allowed to park the bobtail in your yard. ? This level of disservice is simply unacceptable.Take this as my notice, that I will not be handling deliveries to your distribution center anymore without any drastic improvements in how your process works. If I see a rate confirmation from this place, I won't just reject it outright, I'd rather go the whole day with NO load than deal with this headache again. ??I hope my feedback incites some immediate actions from your end.Regards, trackers

Takes forever to unload, even with live loads. Make sure you have all day to wait.

I have to give this place a 5 ? review. This place doesn't sugar coat the amount of time that you will have to drop your trailer for. They are pretty forward with letting you know to go take care of business because it will be anywhere between 3-5 hrs. I'm sure many of us drivers don't have time for this, but it worked out for me perfectly. Also the young lady at the guard shack was very nice and polite.

On my experience, I has had a delivery for Saturday 10:30 am. Came over Friday 8:30 pm. They said that I can drop off my trailer, but they not sure what time they gonna start to unload. It's could be at night, and maybe after 10:30 on Saturday. By the way I got only 10 pallets light load. But lady at the gate explained to me that if load have 1 pu# it's going to be fast, if the load has few orders, they will be check every box. I got few orders unfortunately. So, dropped trailer 20:40 and they called me at 5:20am. People on the gate was very friendly. They work 24/7 , and if you have opportunity, come here, drop off your trailer and wait it. Good luck to every truck driver!
