The lady working the checkout at around 9:30-10:30 was EXTREMELY rude and gave my (diagnosed) Bipolar, Socially anxious, antisocial personality disordered. Daughter to have an EXTREME panic attack which is incredibly dangerous for her.

Mide age male in photo department on 06/15/24 around 5:45 was very rude to me and my three young boys. We were attempting to vuse the photo kiosk and couldn't get it work. So I said excuse me sir 3xs, and my young kids kept saying excuse me sir and he completely ignored us. I said it once more loudly and he dropped the photo equipment on the floor very loudly and asked me, ""What?"", in an aggravated tone. The guy was so rude to us that my three young kids immediately told their dad when we made it home. Next day, while I was getting ready to head out to store my boys said don't back to Walmart with that mean man. That's just how rude he was that they remembered it the next day. Will NEVR refer, or use that department again. Poor service here. I've even witnessed an employee telling a customer he couldn't help with the pricing and he should look it up on his phone. Normally don't write bad reviews if I can help it but all and all just terrible customer service.

No one asked for these carts. Not just that but how is a person supposed to shop for anything if it is all locked up and no one comes when you call for them. Y'all are losing a lot of money. There were several items I could not purchase because no one would come unlock them. I get you are trying to prevent theft but you are preventing way more people from buying these items than you are people from stealing them. I mean someone got me a razor by taking the leg down and grabbing it from the back so.... The thief's know the work around. Paying customers are leaving without it.

some blonde lady kicked us out for zero reason, we were helping a employee pick up some items that he dropped and the lady approached us and said we needed an adult to enter.

I walked into Walmart and was going to look for fishing baits. As we are walking in a worker dropped a thing of cans and we help pick him up. Me and my friends lasted about 5 minutes until the manager asks us to leave for no reason. I walked crying and sobbing.
