Walked in Jan 20 to buy replacement gloves/mittens for my 5yr old. Their school goes outside even in freezing temps and she needs something so her fingers do not freeze. There was literally snow coming down this day as we walked in. The store was shockingly in the middle of stocking and setting up Spring/Summer as i was told by two employees and they had already removed the winter wear. We found one set of child gloves. they were boy gloves and two sizes too big for my child. they were also tagged with the tagging gun THROUGH the knit finger tip of one glove making it impossible to try on anyway and ripped slightly in the knitting. so damaged anyway. Two different employees (ladies from the fitting area) both suggested Walmart competitors Amazon and Kohls for shopping. Why would walmart stock summer bathing suits in the actual middle of winter when we havent even hit the coldest part of the season yet? We have two more months of cold, snow and subzero temps coming..nobody is buying a swim suit. The entrance has a push gate to get into the store. But you are not allowed to leave through it. Instead they force you to bypass other customers waiting to check out and go around them and get scrutinized by check out employees as you leave. WHEN YOU AREN'T EVEN BUYING ANYTHING!! I mean seriously..Walmart tries to kidnap you and hold you hostage now. you dont have what i need why is it a multistep process to leave the store? Asinine. But then again..it is walmart. where retail goes to

I just bought a brother sewing machine and had it delivered same day. When I received the sewing machine there was nothing but the machine it was supposed to have 7 feet plug in cord a needle had been installed and there is nothing in the holding space there are scratches, black marks, and dust on the machine. I would not recommend getting big items like this from this particular store.

26 registers. 3 open. Looong lines! They are saving money by not hiring cashiers, causing long waits for their customers.

Had my oil changed on Saturday in which they stated they needed to remove the engine splash guard. While we were waiting i noticed a couple of technicians were looking around my car. They had trouble finding several items after they changed the oil. Finally when everything was located, they said we were ready but handed us the wrong keys.(Thankfully someone had thrown them in the back seat which was lucky since that is the only key I had for my car). After we finally left, just 2 days later I found my engine splash guard lying in my driveway under my car! Found 2 extremely bent bolts (don't have any clue where the others went) and my engine splash guard is torn. I took it back out to walmart to show them what happened just be told by the manager (who was very rude)in that department " what do you want us to do, we can put it back on for you." Even after showing her it was torn was told "we can put it back on." It was like she wasn't even listening! If it would have been put on correctly this would have never happened! What if it would have came off while going down the freeway causing an accident? I let her know (even though know i will have to pay for someone else to do)I would be taking it elsewhere so I can be sure is put on correctly!
