There are many associates in this store who I have grown to absolutely love however yesterday my experience with an "alleged" manager that I have never seen before was awful. She was very rude, had a very smart nasty mouth very poor customer service skills and she is a manager? No way! First of all She lied and told me her name is Christel but I found out today it's actually Crystal. Even when I walked away from her yesterday to diffuse the situation she continued to shout and say rude things to me I then when I told her I was no longer talking to her she continued.! She would not stop. All I could think is what manager would be acting so unprofessionally like Crystal unless she is under the influence of some type of drug. That's all I could think yesterday during her rude exchange with me. At my place of employment I am randomly tested for drugs and alcohol which I do neither does Walmart conduct such test with their employees? Especially managers ? If not they need to. My second thought was if she is treating me like this what other customers does she treat like this and no one said anything about her odd and rude behavior. Who else has she been this rude towards that was too scared to speak up? Then she hid her name badge from me too i saw her turn it in so that I couldn't see it at all.,I am in this store ALOT since Englewood Hyvee closed alot. I have never seen or dealt with this "said " Manager Crystal before I still can't believe she is a manage ! If y'all encounter manager Crystal NOT Christel BEWARE! She has a nose ring and those big ear hole things in ( don't know the name for them) and she wants to argue with you when she says something smart and rude to you and you stand up for yourself and respond back then she tells you to get out of "her" store. I don't know what she identifies as but for the record I'll call Crystal a her. Just beware of the manager Crystal at the neighborhood Walmart on Antioch Road Y' all! There are so many associates there that are super cool but Crystal, with her nasty attitude smart mouth and drug induced behavior I would not have her managing paint drying on a wall. She is the absolute worst example of a human being let alone a manager.

Yesterday I had gone into this store to pay my rent at the money services counter. There was a long line. It wouldn't have been a big deal if the manager had helped check people out after most of them had been waiting for over 30 minutes in line. Two people were in front of me and wanted to buy alcohol and a bag of dog food I think? They wound up leaving because the manager told them "we can't check you out here." I would like to say, that is entirely false because I have been checked out at that counter a couple of times. They just didn't want to. And the people in front of me were understandably upset and left without their cart of items. It was after the upset customer left that this manager finally came to help. She walked off several times. She kept yelling at people to back up because the line started at the corner. This whole situation could have been avoided if they had two people at this counter from the start. There were 4 other people taking care of online orders back there.

This has to be the worst stocked Walmart neighborhood grocery. I have lived in this neighborhood for six months now and it has been the biggest disappointment. It's pretty simple, if the shelves are constantly empty you need to order more or staff more to get the products on the shelves. I don't know how their district and regional management allows this to continue. I currently left my cart after I couldn't find the third thing on my list. No bacon. No sausage. No granulated garlic. I have been here and can't get a tomato. The motto should be roll back products on the shelves.

Used their curbside pick up today and was super impressed. My order was brought out quickly and the associate had a huge smile. Very friendly staff.

Terrible service; literally nobody to help find things--or cares to--when ready to check out, you have to walk through a long line with new machines and nobody available for several minutes to help with what the difference is--they mumble something and tell you to go to another area. Their restocking process is awful, and rarely because the product is unavailable as you can find it anywhere else. Prices are not much different than nicer stores either.

With my stressful retail commission job I decided to give these grocery pickup services a try and use yelp as a platform to share my experience to the public and to hopefully save me time (NOT SO MUCH) and money on on impulse buying while shopping (S.W.H) shopping while hungry! Yes I have saved money and has motivated me to meal prep for lunches and dinners! I tried this walmart during the week ordered my weekly food run without a hitch they will ask you through the walmart grocery app will you accept substitutions most of my choices I said yes but this walmart and ALL walmarts dont stock their flavored sparking water especially the pineapple coconut water but some times the Substitutions are really good or super bad. This run was 3 weeks ago and the wait at the pick up lane was 5 mins. I ordered this order at 3:30am the day of picked up between 4 and 5pm the day off. Second trip last weekend. Ordered at Saturday night 11:30pm sch pick up sunday between 4 and 5pm. Key items I want to focus on coconut milk, great value rotel cheese block, 4 cans of great value rotel tomatoes. Out of the milk I chose no substitute, cheese block they had, 4 cans of tomatoes they were out of they substitute for ONE CAN OF FIRE ROASTED TOMATOES! You need two for the cheese and I needed two more for chili. I didn't find this out till I got home. My fault I didnt check! I did go to hyvee to get my milk. I did wait in my spot for an hour and five minutes! Walmart had one employee working on a sunday who only worked that position for a month! While I was waiting I called customer care she could have cared less! You would think on a sunday they would be more staffed. When I did get home I called called care to question about the Substitution with the tomatoes I asked did they run out of any other type of tomatoes with chili's she couldn't answer that but did give me a code for $10 off my $30 min purchase! In conclusion is it convenient yes when you dont go during peak times! Buuuuuuuut you have no control what you get ie:looking at labels. I like making sure what I put in MY CART. However if you buy the same thing every week its nice to order online and just pick it up. My schedule changes on a dime so this week I needed to pick up my run today 1.26.19. Review coming. You need to order a min of $30 to get free pick up. My first visit at this walmart a manager dropped off my groceries and said do not tip please! The app does have pictures of labels.

We order weekly grocery pick up from this location but two days ago they forgot about our groceries, they dropped the groceries while loading them into the car after we waited over an hour for an order pick up supposed to be at 7pm, people who came after us got their items before us. They forget groceries just about every time we order, then when I called they didn't answer but when we confronted the manager he told us to call the number again.

I have went to the Neiborhood Market pharmacy every since they opened. 2 weeks ago I went and picked up mine and my dogs medication. There was two bags each had one bottle of medication in them. I came home and put them in the cabnet this was on Tuesday. On Saturday I took my medications out if cabinet to fill my weekly pill container. When I got to this one medication I looked and there was suppose to be 120 tabs but the vial was smaller them usual so I counted them and there was only 80. I called the pharmacy spoke to pharmacist and she said I will have to pull tapes and see. She explained she would call me back. Waited did not receive a call back so I called her. She started with she did not see anything on the tapes she said you sure you don't have another bottle in the cabinet. It could be a stock bottle. She said her spot count and the count in computer was right. There was no way she had time to count het inventory while I was on the phone. I told her again I only picked up 2 bags with a bottle in each. She then said I can fill it for the other 40 and you can pay cash. I told her I was not paying for them. Told her it was bad that she was not beleiving me and I was transferring to a different pharmacy. It took Wal-Mart 2 days to transfer my presxriptons.

Again out of my stupidity, I go to the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Vivion and Antioch, only to find that there's nothing on the shelves which is pretty typical for them. Being a small store you think that the shelves would be stocked. It seems that they force you to buy the higher dollar item because the Lesser dollar items are all gone.

I wish that they had put in an Aldi or kept Sunfresh in this neighborhood. They aren't prepared to open at 6 am. Employees just stand around talking when people need to check out. The self check outs are never up and running on time. It can be the busiest time of the day and they have 3 checkers and lines to the back of the store. I do what I can to go to a different store, like Price Chopper or Sunfresh.

Since moving into the neighborhood, they have driven out the nearby Sunfresh. Walmart undercuts prices which is what a free market economy does, but they do it by paying their employees very little which means they employee the worst of the worst, terrible attitudes and no customer service skills. I hate myself every time I'm too lazy to drive 2 miles to Hy-Vee. You get what you pay for.

If I were able to, I would leave them zero stars. The only thing this place has going for it is that it is open 24 hours. I went there to make a purchase and left with nothing due to how rudely I was treated by the cashier as well as the manager. If you're looking to shop at a store where there is no customer service - shop here.

***Pharmacy I cannot speak highly enough of the pharmacy personnel. It's very evident that they care about their customers. They will always stop and answer questions and help you, evenmore than the best to their ability. 5 stars is under rating the service I receive. I would give them 500 stars if I could.
