My doctor called in my prescription before store opened. I arrived to get it right when the store opened. They couldn’t find my prescription, but asked me to call back in an hour because the pharmacy just opened and they had over ten scripts emailed in - that’s fair. When I called, the guy on the phone found my script but said they hadn’t done anything with it since my doc hadn’t included my phone number. Don’t understand why they couldn’t have called me because they have my number in their records (I know this because the guy said “you are already set up to receive a text when you prescription is ready.” I finally received a text almost 3.5 hours later. Drive up to pick up to find everyone in the pharmacy is out to lunch (I guess they can’t break in shifts). Inside the window of the pharmacy counter smells like weed, so I hope the guy who was high working in there was getting people the right prescription. I hear all the time these days that customers are rude and unreasonable - this is true, people have lost their minds. With that said, customer service has gone out the window.

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would. The only thing this location is good for is a convenience store. Prescriptions are never ready in a reasonable amount of time. I've been asked to come back 24hrs later for critical medication. I've had to wait over an hour for scheduled vaccine appointments and the pharmacy staff is generally rude no matter what time of day or week.

I had to pick up a DoorDash order here and didn’t get no pay from them
Order was from Walgreens itself.
You’re not gonna have no delivery services if this is how you treat DoorDash or any delivery services.
Order was from the merchant itself Walgreens.
Do better on tipping your drivers that comes and picks up a Walgreen store order

Lied about registers being down so they could close the store over an hour early. Showed up as they were trying to close and was denied access to ATM. Employee refused to give me store managers name

Once again the lobby is closed for the pharmacy due to no staffing. Waiting at the drive-thru for almost an hour. Ridiculous.. Time to change pharmacies

I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot online and arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting a half hour, I discovered the man next to me hadn't been dealt with yet and he was scheduled for 15 minutes prio to me. I started watching the workers behind the counter who were all complaining about how disorganized they were. I ended up leaving withou getting my shot, as I had lost all confidence in their ability to give me the correct shot. I will never return!

Slow slow slow. They bought up all the commercial med contracts but did not hire more employees to deal with the increased demand. Averaging 10 minutes per car in the drive through. What happen to customer service should not take 30 min to pick up meds that are already packaged and ready to go!

I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for many years and I have never had a bad experience at this location. The store is always clean, well-stocked and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. They always greet me with a smile and answer any questions I have. I especially like the photo center, where I can print my photos quickly and conveniently. The prices are reasonable and they often have great deals and coupons. Walgreens is a great place to shop for all your health and beauty needs.

Horrible. No customer service. No management for the pharmacy. No communication with the customer when they cannot deliver what they’ve allowed to be scheduled and followed up on. Only to show up and receive a shrug and sorry. We haven’t had it in a while. Then why are appointments scheduled and open?! Absolutely a horrible way to run a business. Zero stars.
