How is it there is always only one cashier and five plus people in line? Hope you have 20-30 minutes to wait for your “ready” prescription.

Same issue as other folks. They texted saying the scripts were ready for someone being discharged from the hospital. They were not ready. They then told me 30 minutes. Over an hour later, I'm still waiting. Tell your doctor you want a different pharmacy when you get discharged. Now I have someone who was just discharged from the hospital waiting in the car to go home.

Not sure what the issue is, but I'm at wits end with this pharmacy. It takes several days to get my script filled! Seriously, why!?
Then finally I get a text that it's ready...so I drive 15 min to get there...stand in line for 30 min...only to find out it's NOT ready.
WHY DID I GET A TEXT IT'S READY!? So options? Wait another 30 min, or drive 30 min to-fro again to get it TOMORROW.
Sadly, this situation has happened several times to me. I don't know why I am still going here.
Avoid this pharmacy. Just not worth it.

Michelle, the pharmacy tech is extremely rude, and acts like she is being truly put out by doing her job. She is condescending and rude. People don't deserve to be treated like this.

It is a pharmacy in a major regional hospital. Parking directly next to the business is limited proximity to the hospital. Service is prompt enough, for the limited resources and staff on hand it may seem incredible(fast).Patience is a virtue when dealing with a customer service interaction. When you are unable able to find the ice cream bar you want, just go to the regular store.

I can't rate lower than 1 star. Showed up 25 minutes early for a vaccination appt. 45 minutes after the scheduled time I finally got my vaccination. I think they wanted me just to leave so they wouldn't have to give me the vaccination.

Awful experience, my mother had an appointment at 1:30pm for a booster Covid-19 vaccine, we arrived at 1:15pm checked at counter with Cheryl, who Immediately was very dismissive, then waited for over 25 mins for them give us paperwork to sign, in the meantime, a lady and her child arrived and they where checked in, given paperwork and given their vaccination (also a booster), I approached the register; again Cheryl, I asked if she knew how much longer, and she walked away with no answer, came back with paper work, highlighted section and told me to fill them out and get them back to her, still no answer on how much longer. I gave the paperwork back to her and waited again for another 20 minutes for her to ge the shot, a total of 1hour spend to get a booster with Only my mom and one other person waiting. Horrible customer service, the place is close to having empty shelves, , NO sanitizing anywhere! no one is disinfecting the only chair where people wait after the vaccine, people coughing with no mask and using the payment pad, Cheryl a “certified immunizer” (per her badge) giving every customer the same pen to use with out disinfecting it, another tech waring her mask over her mouth but not her nose. Certainly will be emailing corporate, and sending them my pictures.
