Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The wait is always 15 mins or more inside and even longer in the drive thru, they take several days to refill prescriptions, and they almost never answer the phone. I’ve sat on hold for over 20 mins multiple times then they hang up on you. I don’t even think they deserve 1 star. Very sad when people need their life saving medication.

I visited the Walgreens at 9430 Blue Ridge in Kansas City, MO. I had a terrible experience. The clerk at the photo department was very helpful but overwhelmed. After waiting 45 minutes for my password picture, despite being the only customer there upon arrival, I approached the manager and asked if she could assist me because the clerk had gotten sidetracked while helping me with my passport. She didn't even bother to look at me while walking by me telling she was busy. Another customer commented about how rude that was. This was shameful because the other workers were so courteous. Very poor management.

I love the employees, and they have always tried to right by me, but they are clearly overworked beyond any reasonable measure. This leads to mistakes sometimes, and there are always crazy delays. When I call I am usually placed on hold two or three times before I get someone. When I go in person the line is often more than 7 or 8 people and moves slowly because many of the customers are not all that "together". I can't get mad at the staff because I can see how hard they are working, but still avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. They already have more customers than they can handle.

this goes out to the old white lady who works here. y'all wanna know how walgreens lets their employee treat customers like garbage? today i was there, and i was waiting in line, there was a woman and her sick child trying to check out and buy medicine, but the barcode wasn't working. old white lady told them to get the code. and as im waiting, old white lady decides she wants to gossip not only about her co-workers but about the mother and her sick child...ope and get this... she was talking all this crap to the wannabe "cop" that was "working" in the front. old white lady was mad because she couldnt go on her lunch break on time... so, the mother finally gets the barcode and old white lady decides to say to them "come on! hurry up!" the mother responded "look, my daughter is sick and i cannot force her to rush! if this was such an emergency for you, you should have called someone to get the code!" and she was right!!! there were at least 4-5 workers just lingering around. the mom was trying to help her sick kid who could barey walk and all this old white lady could do was treat them worse than what they already feel. she has been working here for years and i dont understand why she is still there!!!!! she treats customers like they dont matter. she talks stuff about her own co-workers right there in front of whoever is there. i dont understand how you can have someone so mean, disrespectful, insipid and just ugh of person working there!!!! i respect my elders, but this old white lady doesnt get shit from me. she never shows respect for others, so why should we? i cant even tell you how many rude and just mean encounters i with this old white lady and i have had it. i always try to be nice to her, but im done. if that old white lady is reading this, i hope you realize that you treated a sick child and her worried mother like shit. you had no feelings. you were so cold. you made a worried mother cry in front of her sick kid.

I've been on hold over an hour and still nothing. I drove to the store and waited another 48 minutes in line before they answered me on the phoneXD worst pharmacy ever. It's kinda laughable, this place is quite literally everything you wouldn't want in a pharmacy. They're rude. They take a long time. There's people smoking crack as you walk inside. When I called my first time I was transferring to this location so after an hour and 48 minutes of waiting the operator I finally answered. She ended up being sooo rude and didn't take any of my information. Just to make sure I was safe (because my medicine helps keep me alive) I called ANOTHER location and asked what they needed to get a script transferred and sure enough THE LADY AT THIS LOCATION COMPLETELY BLEW ME OFF, SHE DIDNT TAKE ANY OF MY INFORMATION!!!!! IF I WOULDVE WAITED AND SHOWED UP TO PICK IT UP BEFORE THEY CLOSE I COULDVE BEEN SERIOUSLY HURT!!! THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!!!!

Please, don't EVER go here. Worst pharmacy service ever. After over a week of driving by because the line was 12 cars deep, I beared the challenge and waited in line to pick up my prescription. Only to get to the front and for them to say they have nothing for me yet but I can come back in thirty minutes. Frustrated, I left and planned to come back another time. After another week or so, I wait 45 min in line to hear the same exact thing! They have nothing ready for me and it will be 30 min, but I can wait if I want.... This is one of many terrible experiences I've had there. Just save your time and send your meds somewhere else.
