They always have my refills ready when I can plan ahead. Never any issues. They can't help if they're understaffed - that must be rough when it gets busy.

Took 5 hours to fill my prescription then took an hour to pick it up. Incredibly slow and understaffed. Don't send prescriptions here

If you need your Rx in a timely manner don’t go to Walgreens. Especially this one. It truly boggles my mind how slow and unprofessional every Walgreens I’ve gone to has been. The Walgreens on Barry is an exceptionally slow pharmacy and once your RX is filled get ready to wait in line. Heaven forbid you have a question or need some assistance. I just waited on hold for 30 minutes with one caller ahead of me the entire time. I finally had to hang up.

The staff at the pharmacy is completely unsympathetic and the SLOWEST you'll ever meet. Every other pharmacy is able to figure out how to help patients in a timely and kind manner. Why is this team so I inept??

My experience was okay. I would recommend that associates inform customers as they look up prescriptions and vaccines on the computer if there is a problem, particularly when I am standing right in front of the associate. I stood at the register just waiting and waiting as associates shared information about my vaccine/prescription. They didn't think to clue me in.Speak up. Tell me that you are having some difficulty with the prescription, or whatever it is. Tell me it will be a few minutes. Tell me something. This seems to be a trend wherever businesses serve customers. (Happens at the USPS)I decided that associates must be afraid of a confrontation. There was a glitch in the system that two associates were trying to remedy, but neither informed me until I ASKED. I don't have a problem with their service, overall. They are moving as fast as they are able. It was a good experience. Just puzzling for a while. I think some reviews are unfair on this site. They do okay. I would return. The woman who administered my vaccine was very good. No pain, today.

Scripts never ready on time, they randomly close early because of “staffing shortages”, sometimes the drive thru is open sometimes it’s not. Super irritating.

Not only did they not fill my seizure meds on time, medication which cost me an ER visit..they literally only gave my mother HALF of her medication, and accused her of lying. She’s been nurse for 30 years, who is still in remission from breast cancer. She has horrible pain from chemo and neuropathy, and they treated her like a thief and a liar.I wouldn’t go back here if my life depended on it.

The pharmacy is an absolute dumpster fire... in addition to being the only compounding pharmacy in the entire northland of KC, they are so severely over staffed you might as well carve out 3-4 hours to get your prescription filled.

The LabCorp here sucks. I signed in at 8:15am, and now at 9:19am they have still not called me for the drug screening. Other people have been here longer.Worse, they have no instructions on how to sign in online but apparently you can make reservations! No one said I could make a reservation! And people who got here after have gone in! There is nothing to indicate when we could be called, or how much longer it will be! I really regret not going to my doctors office for a screening: it's farther away so that is why I did not. This is just so frustrating.

They had what I needed, though the price was quite high.

Finally time to switch pharmacies. I've given them time and time again a chance and after about five years today was the day. I have a medication I get 60 days worth and I went and picked it up on March and they only gave me 30 days worth. Might I also mention that I have picked up someone's birth control from them before and was nice enough to return it to them. They gave me someone else's medication! So the pharmacist tries to tell me that she called me within the next few days of when I picked that up and I went and picked up the remaining two boxes. I immediately told her to pull the tape on the cameras and asked her if they do inventory at all at that store because there should be extra two boxes of the medicine I did not receive. The pharmacist completely ignored my two questions and told me they would look at The camera and get back to me. I asked when they were going to get back to me and she said the next day. This is a medication in shot form and it's very expensive even as a co-pay. I do not like being called a liar, as I would never keep someone's medication that is mine like the birth control and I would expect someone to not keep shots of mine that they gave to them obviously with no ID. As soon as this fiasco is solved I'm moving to the CVS inside Target. If you stay here be very careful at the medication do you receive your medication's that you are missing. The store has gone so far downhill it's a nightmare to try and get into any time.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have been using Walgreens for over 20 years to fill my families prescriptions. I will receive alerts my prescriptions are ready and then they seem inconvenienced when I show up to pick them up and they aren't ready. Most of the time they play stupid like I did something wrong on my end. I left the hospital last night with pneumonia and severely needed my prescriptions to be able to sleep and recover. Unfortunately, they decided to close at 7 instead of the listed time of 10pm. Then, being a Sunday they didn't open until 10am so I had to wait to be able to get them. Right at 10am I began calling to see how soon I could get them. I sat on hold for 20 min and they picked up and hung up on me. I called back stayed on hold 30 min and again picked up and hung up on me. I called again and no answer for another 20 min. I decided to call the store manager and he then informed me they had no one there and closed the pharmacy for the day. As painful as it was to go through the night for myself without prescriptions, I can't imagine someone that had a life threatening situation. These people do not care about their customers or their well being and because of this I will never use a Walgreens pharmacy in the future and neither will my family. It would have been easy to pick up at another location but the problem being it was a controlled substance and They would not allow it to be filled at any other location.

Sadly the pharmacy at this location has gone down hill the past year. They don't fill prescriptions on time or the right one. Even when you show up show them the emails stating you prescriptions are ready they still say they never received it. I waited over 6 hours for one and still not filled. I called 3 times and was told it be ready in an hour still nothing. It's frustrating when you depend on these medications for emergency refill.
