Since Walgreens moved from 46 and Troost I really don't even go up here only went because that's where the doctor sent my Gigi's prescription other than saying it'll be a minute that minute turned out to be 13 minutes

Absolutely terrible. I've never waited less than 30 minutes . Even if I'm the only one there. Even if a script is called in they don't start til you come to get it , and they'll say come back tomorrow . My daughter and I both need our medicine and they do not care . This pharmacy does not care about customers!

worst pharmacy I've ever been to. they are extremely slow, the service is terrible, the workers are rude, it seems like most of them don't know what they're doing half the time it took me over an 1 hour to pick up a single prescription. when I was in the store, the techs kept asking each other where the pharmacist was, I was coming from the hospital after a severe allergic reaction and I needed my meds asap - this didn't happen. this Walgreens has zero sense of efficiency as far as business and customer service - the area is what it is and the workers represent that well - broken people create a broken business and broken customer care.

Understaffed and completely slow and dysfunctional. It's like the computers make everything worse. What's the point of scheduling a vaccination when it takes 45–60 minutes to actually get your shot?

The worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Took three days to fill a script. Forced to use the drive through only. Had to wait an hour in the drive through to pick up. Understaffed and the staff they do have are completely unhelpful and unknowledgeable.

Shelves are stocked somewhat but they cannot get sticker deals onto products in a timely manner most times. Employees seem to work still together overall. Door to front entrance was not working properly having everybody coming in and out the EXIT. Hope that gets fixed soon. Lastly, the beauty section could use a good cleaning and day long walk thru.

Honestly just so at a loss for words with how frustrated I am with this pharmacy. I’ve had partial refills more often than not because they either don’t have enough or got the wrong amount? I’ve gotten just not even the right script before. And they’re always late! I’m tired of having to stress about missing a dose because they can’t just call my doctor? 0/10 recommend.

My wife is a healthcare worker and was exposed to Covid. She needed a test ASAP, so I scheduled her the first available appointment I could find. The tests are given through the pharmacy window in the only available drive-through line for the entire building. We showed up 5 minutes early as requested but ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes before we got to the window and my wife had to administer her own test. On top of the long line, we got her tested early one morning, and the lab supposedly still hadn't even received the sample the following evening. When her work schedule and our ability to leave the house relies entirely on the results of the test, the fact that the lab doesn't even have the sample 36 hours later is troubling and very inconvenient.

The worst pharmacy I've been to in the Wallgreens system. Covid vacs were a 45 minute wait after my appointment time. Second time I've been in the drive through thats its been more then 20 minutes per car. Completely unorganized. Filthy parking lot.Update: Finanly made it to the window (45 minutes, third car in line) and the script I called about yesterday got reshelved this morning. So I get to do it all again later today.Avoid this location.

I called ahead for a specific item at pharmacy counter, was told they had stock. I arrive to get item, they have none and haven't had any for over a week and have been out every time I have come in over the past month.
