My kid and I stopped in to check out Aquarius which Is located in same building and what a bonus to have a jewelry store such as Vulcan’s Forge just right there! We were immediately greeted and everyone was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend this place as well!

They have an amazing assortment of jewelry, accessories and bling for your life. Awesome prices for the products they have. Sometimes their products can also be customized or built to your specifications. My wife and I bought our engagement rings there and we love them. Definitely recommend them.

I hate to make this review but I'm so so soooo disappointed. I wanted to go to a local shop instead of a big chain. They had my rings for over three weeks. Simple resize and reset. One of the rings was for my wife for our anniversary. I was wary about it being far out but was assured it would be ready by then or before. I called a week before, the day before, and day of. The day of I was getting nervous because no one could tell me if (or when) it would be ready. No one called me back the first day. I got the go around all day. The next day too. Called 4 or 5 times and was never told a time or asked any questions. Was eventually told I'd be ok to come in right before close. Came in at close the anniversary ring wasent started. I got back 2 of the three rings. One was my grandmother's it looks soo bad :( the actual ring is misshapen now.. its also set crooked just looks bad. My heart is BROKEN. I sat in the shop till past close as they hurried to get the rings done..I can tell they rushed and it shows. The other one looked ok and acceptable. I just went back again to pick up the anniversary ring and it looks very bad. They beveled the gemstone without letting me know and again very very crooked the progs are unevenly placed too. I could literally cry. The staff made me feel a bother **except Alex **they were really nice to me and tried their best to help me. Never the less I feel like I spent almost 200 for one ring to be correct. Im very sad I feel like I ruined a heirloom, my anniversary, wasted money, and time for something that was supposed to be special but will cost me even more in the end to fix...

We created a custom engagement ring with Vulcan's Forge and they did an absolutely beautiful job. Couldn't be happier with the final version. I made a few changes along the way, and the staff patiently worked with me to create this beautiful ring.

Amazing customer service and high quality jewelry at a reasonable price! I went in looking for a birthday gift for my mom and when I couldn’t find what I originally wanted, the person working in the jewelry section helped me find the perfect piece. The staff is genuine and gives the store a great atmosphere. They are all knowledgeable and made shopping there an amazing experience. I’ll definitely be going back soon for more jewelry!!!

During my most recent visit I didn't actually buy anything but I hadn't been in since pre-covid and I was just so thrilled to see the place full of shoppers and basically just the same as the last time I was there. I really look forward to bringing my daughter in now that she is old enough to appreciate the place.

Wonderful group of people, expert knowledge and trust worthy heard so many people going to named brand places you see in commercials and they get a different stone back lesser quality. not here , trust them with all our work we have done and quality of work. they helped me with a special project and went above and beyond lucky to have them in kc metro area. great selection , great attitudes
