Wow! What a relaxing experience! Amy gave me a full set gel with design. I love how she took her time, she even asked me my name! Personalizing the experiences is what makes for a good business. At the end of the appointment they gave me a rewards card and a lotion as a holiday gift! Too sweet ? will come back again for sure!

On my quest to find the best nail tech in Kansas City north, I went to all nails and spa, and had Lee as my nail tech. She did a very good job. As with most of these nail places, they try to upcharge you for every little thing. I used to be a nail tech so I can take my nails down and shape them and I saved, five dollars by doing that. Plus they charge you $11 for gel polish which I don’t even like. So I do my own polish at home and I paid $27 to get my acrylic nails filled. That is the best price I found.

Very very Rude gentleman.(never seen before). said the past owner was gone! Tried to charge me 58.00 for a fill 23.00 more than 2 weeks ago then he explained in a very rude manner that all prices will b going up and they are the cheapest in the city and not making enough! I have no problem paying more but please don’t talk down to your customers. I was totally in shock! Never has anyone in this salon been rude or mean! I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and never had an experience like this! So disappointed in my service today. Very uncomfortable atmosphere! He also criticized one of the sweet ladies in front of customers! Felt bad for her!!You might rethink your approach with customers or you won’t have any!

I took my daughter to get her nails done and painted. They were very welcoming and gentle with my little girl. I would recommend any one to bring their little ones here.
