“We bought some pre-workout and creatine from John at a strongman contest. First of all, super nice guy and knowledgeable! I chose the Apple Cider and the Raspberry Strawberry flavors and I have to say they’re both delicious. The flavors are not overpowering, and I really like the effect. The pre-workout is not overloaded with caffeine, which I appreciate but I felt it kick in within 10-15 min into my training session. We bought the creatine too and will continue to purchase Yep Strength products. Support local businesses!”
