I took my Summer 2023 office chair project to another upholstery store; big mistake. From that experience, I will start and end every upholstery project at Victor's. The quality, craftsmanship, and service is exceptional.

I recently purchased a mid-century couch from Victor that had been re-upholstered. The quality and craftsmanship of the work is outstanding and I would never hesitate to purchase anything where the work is done in his shop. I am so impressed that I am going to buy another piece! I also bought a mid-century Danish book shelf that is in pristine condition for what I feel is a very fair price. Everything in Victor's store is top notch and of the highest quality. I am elated to have found him!

Creative and very attentive to details, plus what an eye for interior design. While Victor is soft-spoken and is the opposite of a salesperson - his guidance for several projects including a Vladamir Kagan Serpentine sofa - blew me away. You will be in good hands.as Victor is a hidden gem in Kansas City - a real talent for custom pillows, duvets, lamp shades, furniture and more. Collaborate and enjoy the process of exceptionalism. We had a wonderful experience with Victor, and we cannot recommend him more highly! He upholstered six dining chairs for us, and he did an excellent job even faster than he said he would. He picked them up at our house and delivered them less than a week later, and they were perfect. The cushioning was restored and the stitching was beautiful. He's a busy man, so we had to schedule our appointment a month ahead of time, but such excellent quality is worth waiting for. When our appointment came, he was prompt and very responsive. I think you can't go wrong with Victor. He's a very skilled craftsman and a very nice man.

I love the staff I dealt with Victor primarily. But the staff in general was very professional and very nice. I needed my sofa pillow cushions reupholstered and they are perfect! I am very happy customer and I will definitely be back.

My review is about a recent experience January 2021) with Victor which was just horrible. I brought in antique fabric to be used for 3 pillows; two lumbar and one square pillow. Victor wrote up a task order and I charged a deposit for 1/2 the cost. When I returned to pick up the pillows, he had two square pillow covers made which was not what I ordered. Long story short, Victor could not find his order form, he told me I didn't know what I was talking about and yelled at me, "What is wrong with you?" This is just a synopsis of my interchange. I certainly won't be going back there. If you choose to do so, get a copy of the order and take an image of whatever you feel will help to validate your exchange.

I was very excited to reach out to Victor's given all of the glowing reviews. I spent two weeks trying to get a quote for two furniture items and never received one. I was asked to send an e-mail and told I should receive a response typically within 24 hours. I followed up several days later and apparently the e-mail was never received so after confirming the e-mail was received, another week went by and I called again and was told I would receive a response by end of day. Two days later I followed up again and the quote was still not completed. I received many excuses all along the way - e-mail lost, influx of requests, owner out on deliveries, the pandemic....the service was quite frankly inexcusable.

I have had several pieces recovered and reupholstered with Victor, owner of Perfect Finish Upholstery. I cannot say enough about how wonderful, honest, and caring this man is for his work and his customers. Highly recommend!!

I have two classic modern chairs that are 50 years old. A few months ago I had them reupholstered but they looked terrible!! Once I heard about Victor's Upholstery, I called to request they take look at the chairs to see what they could do. They assured me they could do a much better job. Today they delivered the chairs. They were able to put them back in original condition. They are absolutely perfect! Thank you Victor's!!
