Don't waste your time. My appointment was set for 3pm I showed up at 2:50 and never left until 6:48. They never told me about the transfer/activation fees until after we signed. I was in a week before I made the switch to discuss it and they never explained it then either. My first bill will be over $583. I should have stayed with t-mobile!

For the past 36 hours I’ve been without a phone that has service. Talked with multiple Verizon reps and tech support. Asurion etc. no one could help. Tyler upgraded me to the 15 pro max and got me a working phone in 30 minutes. I will not go anywhere else.

I received assistance from Gabriel today with troubleshooting a problem on my phone, and I was very pleased how quickly he was able to fix the problem and get ahold of the higher up IT guys to help fix it. Thanks guys!

Came in to see if it would be a good idea to switch from ATT to Verizon. Alexis answered all my questions and offered me some suggestions. Ended up purchasing. Would reccomend Alexis to work with!

I am not very tech savvy and was very pleased with the help that I received from Lauren at the Verizon store on North oak trafficway in Kansas City. She spent 15 minutes working with my phone to try to help me get a setting corrected that I had messed up. She was a delight to work with.

I recently upgraded my phone, and also purchased a smart watch.Kaylee at Cellular Sales was absolutely phenomenal. She assisted me over the phone for a lengthy bit of time.When I decided to make a purchase, she took her time and was extremely helpful in store.2 days later, she also followed up to verify that I understood and was using all the features on my new equipment.I would highly and definitely recommend her and Cellular Sales for your cellular needs.

We cannot say enough about how great John Paul has been to us!! He came in on his day off after we waited two weeks for our back ordered phones, got 4 lines set up, 6 phones turned in, business account established, business internet established, and saved us about $1000 in the process. He spent over 6 hours on us, and has remained in touch to make sure everything is up and running smoothly. Best customer service practices all around.

I have gave this location multiple chances. The only reason I give it two stars is because the employees are nice.
1: They don’t have many real phones on display, most are fake.
2: They can’t help with any business services
3: They can’t do anything with ESIMs
4: It’s cheaper in most cases to buy the phone directly through Verizon.
5: Verizon is moving to 36 month agreements for their phone financing.
This store convinced me to switch carriers away from Verizon. Thanks for helping me decide to leave!

Spent some quality time with the two gentlemen John & Donyae who have helped us get our new lines setup, new IPhone 15’s preordered, and Apple Watch 8’s hooked up and running. smooth fast and easy. Very informative, they definitely didn’t hit us with the sales pitches or any of the “let’s steal your money” lines. Very personable and patient individuals. Would recommend.
