Liars and do not keep you in the loop on your car. I first filled out paper work, to get literally just my front bumper repaired from a raccoon, almost 3 months ago now. i hadn't heard from them in 2 months after they had told me 2 WEEKS. I had to call them after the 2 MONTHS and ask what was going on. They very conveniently had somehow gotten my parts THAT day I was calling 2 months after filling out paper work, that seemed weird but I was just happy they were finally getting my car in. I then took my car in, they told me 5 days. 5 days passed and I had heard NOTHING from them again so I called and they said it wasn't going to be ready until some time the next week, okay. So the next week I get a call saying my car would be ready the next day. The next day comes around and I hear NOTHING i had to call an hour before they were closing for them to tell me it wasn't going to be ready that day. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I will never be back to this body shop or even anything associated with the Vans shops in general, please save your time and money and go else where.

**Beware of this collision center** The insurance company suggested I take my car here, after a hit and run. The receptionist was courteous, very friendly and professional. She kept asking me, was I all right. After the 3rd time, I wondered was I meeting the devil or sata. This man was the worst. He was curt, gruff, short and unprofessional. He went to my car with me, supposedly checked out everything. A few minutes later, he said I need your keys to get the mileage. I thought to myself, what dodo doesn't get all of the information, the first time. Even though he had an office, he was talking loud in front of everyone. I had taken my car to two other dealerships. Both women were very business like, courteous and very professional. What an arrogant jackass!! ????

Very rude and unprofessional customer service in the collision repair department. Will be having my truck towed to another shop for a second opinion. I will never deal with this company again.Service: Body & Trim

Extremely unprofessional, we had severe damage to our car during a storm. Our insurance agent spoke with Jadey and had been promised our car would be seen within a week which was when they had availability. We tried calling Jadey multiple times to schedule the time to go in and drop the car off, but were sent to voice-mail each time. After leaving a voicemail and trying to contact Van Chevrolet multiple times we went in to the collision center physically. When we arrived we met Jadey and she explained how she LIED to our insurance agent about being able to get us in quickly and told us we would have to wait over 4 weeks until the mid July. She LIED to our insurance agent and us just to try and get business, now we will make sure to never ever come to this collision center. She explained and tried to excuse her LIES by insing that the car we drove for them to see there was not drivable due to the sunroof being broken(we patched it up temporarily). I would not trust someone who lies about being able to fix my car and wasting our time with the actual repairs. Horrible customer service and zero respect for a customer. I wouldn't suggest anyone ever get repairs here.

They're good at getting back to you every Tuesday and Thursday, other than that The wait time is atrocious. When I sent my car in over 5 weeks ago for repairs they said they had all the parts ordered, then I recently got a call saying they had to order new parts. I'm not sure how expensive this is all going to be at the end of the day, I'm just glad my insurance is covering most of it.Services: Painting

My issue is with the body shop and service department. My 2016 Subaru Legacy was rear ended in Feb and when I was deciding where to take my car for the repairs, I decided to bring it back to the facility that I bought it brand new from (Van Subaru). I mean, why wouldn't I? The process took around 2 months to complete. Understandable with the way inventory is and negotiations with insurance. They were very on top of calling me every week to inform about the progress. After completion and picking up my car, within the first week I discovered that the touchscreen for the radio/navigation was locking up and the control cluster on the left side of my steering wheel would not work. After shutting off the car and restarting, it corrected. Then it happened again. I brought the car back with video of the issue. They ran a diagnostic and recommended an update. The insurance paid for it to find out if it had anything to do with the accident, to which they said no. The body shop called me back and said it was "fixed". I returned to pick up the car, took it for a test drive, and found that it indeed was NOT fixed. They said I would have to take it up with the insurance company, the insurance company said there was nothing they could do since it wasn't determined that it was caused by the accident. I continued to be passed around to just get rid of me. I have heard that if a car is welded on without disconnecting the battery it can cause electrical issues. I know for a fact they welded and that the battery wasn't even touched. I was never offered to speak with anyone up the chain about this matter. I was pushed off to Subaru America. After talking to them, they wondered why I was sent to them. They said it sounded like a workmanship problem and not a Subaru problem. I agreed and said I'm sure they are just tired of hearing from me. He said he would contact the complex and see about bridging the gap of communication for me, but that has been almost 2 weeks ago and I have never heard another word. To say the least I am very disappointed. This was never a problem with the car prior to the accident and repairs. My opinion of this establishment is very tainted now and I would not return here again to do any kind of business again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. It's really a shame, because up until now, I really loved this car and never had an issue with it.

Worst experience ever! I was in an accident 2/14/22. Van Collision Ctr was one of only 3 options on the list from my insurance. I'd never heard of the other 2. I know they were busy during this time and I could understand that BUT, every time I called to check on the status of my car--not getting it fixed, just seeing if it was fixable or was it totaled, I was told "I'll call you later today" or "I'll call you on Monday". Not once did I get the promised call back. I always had to initiate the call. And then I was told "we've had a lot of tow in vehicles". Really? What did they think mine was?! I left a phone message asking the manager to call me---never happened. It took over a month to be told my car was totaled. I would not recommend Van Collision Center to anyone. If my car had been able to be repaired I would have had it towed to another company...Lord knows how long it would have taken them to fix it.

Got into a fender bender situation, and the dealership said they wanted to fix it since it’s under warranty. They had it for nearly a month when the insurance company estimated it at 7 days. It’s was originally 1300 total ended up being 3400. They didn’t fix my cracked window, which was on the estimate, there was a new dent under the back passenger door handle, and there is white paint on my drivers seat. To top it off, when ringing me up they tried to charge me 500 dollars extra. They were just laughing about it like it’s no big deal, and made a joke like ”well he has to pay If he wants his keys back”…. Not going back to van Subaru for anything ever again.Services: Body & Trim
