I arrived early for my appointment and a service team member got me checked in immediately. My Blazer was serviced and I was on my way in about an hour while I waited comfortably in the lounge. Great job team!

Dealership literally sold the truck as I was test driving. Super poor business. The guy that bought it had a chance to buy it. He chose not too. I had an appointment and I was driving the vehicle when you sold it. Not changing my opinion on how you do business. Unacceptable

Employees were friendly and helpful. The first employee I spoke to regarding the service of my vehicle was Kim, who handled the intake. Kim effectively compiled the list of vehicular issues that had prompted my call to the service department. Upon learning that the options available for interim transportation did not work for me, Kim gathered more information about my vehicle and the sizable list of repairs needed and presented another option that did work for me. Finally, Kim scheduled my service appointment on short order with a service advisor named Jonathon Huber.
When I arrived, Jon greeted me and had all of the information pulled up from my initial phone conversation with Kim. Jon was knowledgable about my vehicle and the work it needed. Jon took plenty of time to answer my questions, provided options where available, and kept me informed with the progress of my vehicle. Jon also treated me fairly by removing a charge that, in my situation, would have otherwise resulted in a double-charge. Notably, I did not have to ask for this, Jon recognized it and took the initiative to prevent this from happening on his own. For example, he removed the charge for rotating the tires because another service item already required removing every tire and separating them the wheels. Charging for tire rotation in that situation would have been double-dipping. I was also not pressured to pay a diagnostic fee for a lower priority issue that needed a deeper diagnostic than time allowed for to identify the root cause. My service list included break pads, rotors, changing several fluids, tire repair and rotation, stabilizer bar replacement, a recall, and a few other residual items. My vehicle was finished sooner than expected, and the process was smooth from start to finish.

VAN'S Chevrolet service fixed a problem that another shop couldn't. The VAN'S service manager that helped me was involved start-to-finish. Price wasn't much different than other places, and I would have saved a lot of time and money had I went to VAN'S first. I will trust VAN'S with my future repair needs.

Service intake staff (John G) was fabulous. Asked about an extended warranty that came with the vehicle. He researched it and saved me over $1500. A gentleman of high morals and values. Van should be proud to have him on their staff!!

I bought a Chevy trailblazer about a month ago, the car is nice but they send the title to the wrong address and had to wait like a month to go get my plates at the DMV. My temporary plates expired and I didn’t drive my car till I had all the paperwork needed to get my metal plates. To my surprise, they didn’t include the sales tax on the overall price of the car and I had to pay $4000 on the spot to get my plates. What a nightmare!!!! They do not care about the customer: all they care about is how big will their commission be …
