TURN BACK!!! All I hear from the salesmen is finance, finance, finance "cause you know we get a kickback from that". I had pretty much had the same unpleasant experience as other people with the manager. Extra hidden fees (thousands of dollars). They ended up trying to sell me a car for 5k more than what it was originally offered for.

I came here after a deer hit me on the interstate several months back. Covid really hampered the supply chain and it continues to negatively impact the timeframes of how quickly a body shop can repair a car. Joe, the Assistant Manager of the shop, made sure to take care of my claim and get my truck fixed in a very professional and timely manner.

I was able to schedule an oil change appointment and get in the same day. From getting out the car and getting back on the highway headed home was less than an hour. Ryan was extremely helpful and gave me helpful information about what my car needs.

Amazing service. When they found out we were from out of state, they diagnosed our turbo issue, worked with the warranty company and replaced our turbo getting us back on the road in the same day. Ryan is wonderful to work with!

I should have known better, but when they ask how much do I owe on my current vehicle, I tell them it shouldn't matter on what they're offering me for it. But after the second sales person asked, I told him I own my vehicle outright. Not even 5 minutes later my offer was reduced by $5000. They say it was because of the sticker price of my vehicle, but they had access to that before I gave them my info. The Subaru sales guy "J", told the Chevy guy that I cursed, which I didn't. Later the Chevy guy said they're more sensitive over there. I know they need to make money, but not on my truck AND on their new vehicle. They can't have it both ways.

if I could get less than a one star I would have. I just purchased a car on 3/11/22 it was raining and cold and Michael Caponey sales person went on the drive with me the car road good and I was advised that it was a certified pre owned I looked o the car but not as good as I should've. This brings me to the next day shen it was dry the car had all kinds of scratches,scuffs and even crack in the tail light. I thought Missouri had a 3 day rule go take cars back but I was wrong. They said they could have it buffed and that would fix some of the problems but it was a mess and I was told by the finance guy not even getting a lawyer would help me. He also kind of also threatened me by saying that Dint bad mouth the dealership in the Cadillac room we could have called the police. I did know such a thing. I was humiliated that the finance guy is also the fixer. I am a repeat customer but never again!!!!! oh and they said the state of Missouri did the inspection like I did this just take ownership and say it could have happened in transit. Buyers Beware

I purchased a 2021 Cadillac XT6 as a General Motors employee this has been the worse purchase in my career! The service from this purchases has been a nightmare it's not enough characters to explain the headaches with this dealership. They're only getting a 2 because of Ryan the service guy who is limited on what he can do. My vehicle Cadillac xt6 is in for service and I'm going through hell to get a rental accommodating I'm in a Malibu with that being said Hertz rental in Gladstone is the worst service also. I will NEVER ever purchase a vehicle again through Van Chevrolet nor rent a car through Hertz! If I had to ever rent a car I would choose another company period! I have a vehicle Cadillac xt6 in for service with Van Chevrolet ( worse choice to purchase a vehicle) I have a husband that can't get into this Malibu (medical reasons) and ask for American made vehicle to accommodate him being I work in auto industry and that's what's required by manufacture warranty also. The Gladstone location told me to call the other sites to locate one. So now I work for Hertz also so no worries i did the calling and I did found two locations with a vehicle to accommodate then all of a sudden you can't switch out the vehicle after being told it's available. I shouldn't have to deal with Hertz in the 1st place did I mention it's a Cadillac xt5 available for rental!!

Buyer beware, look over your automobile closely before working a deal. Trust nobody there. Get copies of the notes and pricing deal every step of the way as your salesman and sales manager may not be on the same page with you the buyer. My price was changed on me before finance and now it's a mammoth hassle to resolve. Shady, shady, shady. Unprofessional dealership. Good luck getting a GM or other manager to call you back after you're out the door.

We had an absolutely terrible experience with them. They tried to short our trade-in by thousands of dollars. The car is not in perfect condition, but the repairs that would be needed would not equal the difference of what we were offered. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, Terry was extremely rude and did not act like he wanted our business. Our salesman, Dylan, was the only good part of the experience. He was excellent and respectful. However, I have such a bad taste in my mouth that I have to give this place one star.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a service repair center. I took my truck in for a manufacture recall. They found 3 other issues with it. I gave them my warranty company information to start a claim. Didn’t hear back for 3 days. When I reached back out I was told the warranty company wasn’t responding. However, the warranty company then started calling me because they couldn’t get back in touch with the service center. I sent several follow up emails (how I was originally communicating with Jon, my assigned tech) and I tried calling multiple times. He was never available when I called. Never answered any messages I left when I called or emails I sent. My warranty company closed the claim due to him not responding to their calls either! I tried for over a week to get back in touch with them so I could get the repairs completed.Service: Auto maintenance

I have been a Van customer for over 30 years service has always been great until now. I took my 2021 Equinox in to see why the check engine light keeps coming on then off, then on, and so on. I was told to run diagnostic on the car would take 24 to 48 hours or more and if it was over twenty four hours they would get me a loaner or rental car. My car is under warranty and my wife has dementia. So being without a car is not a good option. So after 24 hours with no communication from Van my daughter called and was told they were going to call me around 10 or 11 to tell me they would need the car for another 24 hours or longer to get it in to run diagnosti ( a one hour job any where else in the city). They told my daughter they had no loaner or help with renting a car. Basically they really did not care we were with out a car. So we got the car and I will pay ( was going to pay $100 to Van for some unknown charge) to have the diagnostic test run to find out what is going on with my one and only car ( mileage on the car is 27555 so within the warranty). So I will no longer buy from Van and encourage my family to do the same. Bruce Walker
