Did the courtesy of stripping the bolt on my skid plate, told me it was a “common problem with Tacomas” and sent me off with no oil change, no apology, nothing. If you can’t do an oil change without damaging a vehicle, maybe just don’t work on them.

I visited the Valvoline by Zona Rosa. It was my first oil change on my brand-new trailblazer. Several weeks later I noticed oil dripping on my garage floor. I took it back to Valvoline and indicated they were the ONLY one who has worked on my vehicle, and wondered if the oil filter was loose. Man said no way it would have happened right away. They checked it and of course it was loose. I had them change the oil again and asked for a tire rotation. Was charged over a $100 and didn't include the tire rotation. When asked if it was going to be completed, he instructed me to go to discount tire instead. No apology on not getting the oil filter tight the first time. Man has no customer service skills. Will never be back, he didn't seem to care.

They did an awesome job!Everybody was friendly and I will definitely go back!It took a little while but I spent a lot of and was talking to them quite a bit so that's understandable...Totally satisfied!!

this location seemed to be in a rush to get done and cut corners. Unfortunately the technician didn't secure my splash guard on my vehicle so the next morning the front end of the splash guard fell down while I was on the highway. I called customer service and they were happy to help start a claim and replace my guard but then the manager of the store wanted me to come in to "prove" it needed replaced. seemed to me that these individuals just didn't want to take responsibility for what had happened. I even had to tell them to air up my tires during my service because I had a sensor light on even though it comes with the oil change and they had marked down that they had done it

The gentleman helping me was very patient with me only because I was having trouble retrieving my coupon although there was ?able coupon that I felt should've been honored since it was on a site that was offering it or have them take it down but either way it wasn't bad but hell a few bucks that I could've saved it is better now me saying that when i go back and that coupon is still up oh yeah im not letting um um we going need to talk bout that overall the staff was nice n very helpful least this one is n its off Barry Rd I was actually in and out no wait nothing compared to other ones def going back !!!!

My first visit to this new location. Brian the manager and his crew provided great service, I had a headlight out and they fixed it too! Went to Reed Buick they always want your car all day! I said nope going to Valvoline, out in 15 mins for probably 1/3 of the price! I will return. Thanks Brian!

The work was very quick and as always the service was professional, my only issue is that they didn't have the specific filter for my vehicle... To make up for that. They not only waved the filter change fee, they took off another $10 and then let us use a coupon on top of all of this. It's hard to find places that cares for the customer and not the dividend... This is one of those places. I'll be a return customer.

I had never been to this location before. As always service was done quickly but i had to ask them to do a light check & to check my tires. Any other valvoline just does it. Maybe before the day starts management can remind the workers to do this on every vehicle.

Terrible experience!!!!!!! Not coming back ever again!I got there at 5:40 there was a car inside, one infront of me, and I didn’t get service til 6:45. A girl came out from the office at 7:00 when they supposed to close, and started yelling at one of the guys while they have been on the heat all day long! They were trying to get everything done and trying to clean so one of the guys started arguing with her. I completely understand the guys cus it’s nothing easy being on the heat, but it was so terrible listening everything they had to say to each other. One of the employees came to my car to apologize SAYING THEY ARE ALWAYS ARGUING. I will blame the girl cus she was all day long on the AC and came yelling at the guys! TERRIBLE! Not coming back every again!‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

The female that change my oil she broke the housing. Got home oil . I went bk to let them know that the housing was broke after she had tightened it too tight, and the woman manager kicked me out of the store. I was a little upset most definitely but after asking her nicely not to double tied it, and I’ve been going there for so long they should already know, but didn’t get my money back. Not even a Sorry. Nothing just kicked out of the store really rude.

Went to this Valvoline for the first time cause it’s closest to my house. Just got a regular oil change, nothing fancy. About 30 minutes later I’m driving down the road and my car breaks down. Turns out Valvoline put twice as much oil in my car as they should have. I then had to get my car towed and repaired. When I tried to get them to pay for the damages, I just got told they had to “make some calls”. I’ve complained to corporate as well and have gotten no compensation for the $600 repair bill, and no response for 3 weeks.

The store opens at 8 am and no one is available for an oil change. The store associate informed me there is a new employee in training and the boss is running late. Was told to visit another location. I’m okay waiting as I understand things happen, however, I believe there should be associates ready to help at the time of opening to prevent situations like so.

They don't have my oil filter in stock, so they sent me to an AutoZone who also didn't have the oil filter in stock. They basically told me that I'm on my own to find an oil filter and then they can change my oil.
