New to the area, I opened a new PO box, the rep checked it twice so i didn't... when I finally went to check the box and realized I was given the wrong keys, the inside was CLOSED, neighboring businesses said they are always closed. wow... Needless to say I opened the box weeks ago on 7/15/2024, and never have I retrieved my mail.

This is absolutely the worst post office location. They are rarely open during their business hours. They have constant staffing, internet, or mysterious issues causing them to close early or not be open at all. I ship 3-4 times per week (100+ packages). I may be able to drop off my packages 1 of those 3-4 times i come by. Recently, they decided to start scanning my drop offs as DELIVERED instead of ACCEPTED, which has cause the BIGGEST headache for my small business. Only got a, "oh sorry about that." I will not be back to this location. They have lost my business.

The most dirty, trash, disgusting disappointed of a postal office. Never open, everytime i get a package through them they bounce my packages all around from Ks and back. My package been was supposed to be delivered since 4/8. My package was sitting at the postal office for 3 days and they sent it back to Ks. How slow could they be! THEY ARE NEVER OPEN AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. This place need to be shut down. I’m calling corporate first thing in the morning.

I have a lot box that I am unable to access on a daily basis. I was told the location would be kept open ever day until 8:15 by the district manager but that has proven to be a lie as for the last # weeks the office has been closed long before 6 let alone at 8. I feel I deserve a refund on the box since it is supposed to be available 24hrs a day and has not been for over 9 months and never can tell when the office is open as no hours on the door but the site says 830 which is a lie as I have been at the door at 830. And waited until 845 and still not open so had to go to work. I will not be renewing my PO box. This is a joke and shows poorly on government employees.

Worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. Have been lied to multiple time about them not having access to my mailbox number, still have not got refunded for a package that their delivery person didn’t even attempt to open the door of before declaring the entry way was blocked. I would get your mail sent somewhere if you live near this area

Paid for PO BOX at this location online but "Teresa" says this location is unable to give me the key to the PO BOX. Very rude, unprofessional, and uninformed employees. Teresa is just there getting paid to abuse the public.

If I could give less I would. Tired of literally nothing being delivered on time. Items will sit at this location for days even a week before they decide they want to deliver it. They refuse to let me pick up the packages claiming they "aren't scanned in yet" even though they've shown on tracking to be at the exact location for days. We go days without mail frequently because the carriers just decide it's not worth doing their jobs. If I could I would have any other delivery service send my mail and packages. What a waste of tax payer money we spend on this "service"
