There is no way this post office can be that busy that they need to close for an hour they could have someone sitting at the counter all the time it's ridiculous that they have to close for businesses to deliver or or get stamps or envelopes or mail a package

Took my 4lb pincher out to my front yard and I guess there delivery person(black women) delivering mail thought my extra small dog was dangerous and he pepper sprayed her.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS POST OFFICE NO STARS AT ALL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, VERY RUDE AND NO HELP AT ALL. IVE TRIED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS TO GET MY MAIL ORDER TAKEN CARE OF.

They shortened their hours and they aren't even open during those sometimes. I had to go to another office over 15 minutes away that was open later because this one was closed at 2:00 in the afternoon.

I love this post office. I find the employees to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait here either.

I was so nervous about going to the Post Office Because they are always so unpleasant. I was needing to send my wedding invitations and wanted some of them hand cancelled so they wouldn't get messed up and i was so nervous they would be nasty about it. So i picked this one because the reviews were so much better than the other ones throughout KCMO. And boy were they right. Minus them not being open from 1-2 and opening a little after 2, hence the 4 stars, this post worker was so amazing. She was friendly and helpful and prompt and helped me get my invites sent out and complimented my calligraphy which made the process even better! So go out of your way to this location if you need the post office!
