USPS doesn't seem to be doing anything related to delivering mail and there is no way to do anything related to speaking with someone. I'm not convinced there's anyone working there at all.

I am waiting almost about two and half month to get mail box key , everytime I go they will say please wait until get it !!
I almost went & go every week!!
