Since my mailman Kevin left I sometimes don’t get my mail in a daily basis . May get it every few days and sometimes once a week. I get alters daily to tell me what is coming

I really wish I knew what is really going on with the government faculties.How do we go a week and then another week no mail. We are missing 2 weeks of important mail. We have the app to see what all mail we were supposed to get and Mark it when we don't get it and yet we still haven't received them. Called the post office to make a complaint, now I'm just waiting to hear back from them to tell me why we haven't been getting our mail.

They told me that our mail is getting sent out to different carriers now so how are we supposed to find our mail if yaw don't know who got it. It's something every week with them like they don't wanna give us our mail

I don’t understand why I don’t get everything mails that I saw my email about mail delivery there are not everything that gave me limits. How impossible! I don’t like go to post office to pick up my mails since it block in the area and they were scare the dogs from the neighbors. I don’t have dogs. Sighs. Their are responsibilities to informed them about dogs that won’t deliver the mails.

Worst thing i have ever seen every time I go in there to Mail something or get a money order it takes at least 30 to 45 minutes they just need to close it down and I don’t get my mail at home for a week

Only reason I gave 4 stars is because when our regular post man is off for any reason; the subs act like they do not care at! We constantly got each other’s mail r no mail delivered at all! Our regular post man is good & he’ll always call u on intercom for any pkgs b4 putting them in mailbox BUT WILL NOT STOP & AND GIVE U ALL UR MAIL LOL WE ALSO CK WITH U B4 HE PUTS A STRANGE NAME IN UR MAILBOX! Really like our post man & he’s been with us I know ever since I’ve moved here in Sept 2013! Give him our appreciation for all the good work he does & if he retires he’ll b surely missed????????????

I did a vacation hold on my mail. My mail was not delivered for another week after the hold had ended. I went in and had 3 weeks worth of mail. With the note rubber banded around the mail that was held saying to resume delivery on a certain date. Loose mail on top of that stack, mail that belonged to 3 different street addresses and names. The lady at the desk said tha my carrier Troy was just being himself. Very unprofessional, and unexceptable. She never got the manager. I've received no answer when I call.

I’ve been waiting on mail from my congressman & I reached out to him and he said it should’ve been here already, it’s been 10 business days and I haven’t got my mail. 64130 MAIL CARRIERS ARE THE WORST. NEGATIVE INFINITY STARS!!!!!! ????????

This is just plain ridiculous.these people are running a government facility like it's a mom and pop shop. I have lived in 2 locations within the 64130 area code. The first place, I was getting so much mail for other people on the block, it was almost like I was the local post office for my street. I even ordered a video game from Amazon and they delivered it to someone else's house and when I told them, they went back yo the address qnd got my package. When they returned it to me the people had opened the package and took the parts they wanted. The post office was only able to retrieve the actual console with no chords or joysticks. I have now moved to another location and now this has gotten crazy because now the post office don't even know where my mail is. They delivered mail one day and now nothing at all and can't figure out where the mail is. I have important documents that I am waiting on and they can't even tell me where my mail is. This place needs to be shut down or restructured. Some of the ladies are rude and unprofessional. The residents in this area code deserve a better experience with our mail service.
