Missing a important piece of mail it showed as coming today on informed delivery. But it's not there. Everything but the most important piece I was expecting...all junk mail

Had mail there that needed to be picked up and said online place closes at 5 and arrived at 4 and was closed and employees were leaving. I had an expensive $98 necklace I bought for my wife and am incredibly pissed off.

It is closed before 5pm every day. When you try to talk to the officer, he scolds you.
