worst usps i’ve ever had an experience with! i had went to another usps store and spent about $30 in boxes and then came to this one to mail my box, she argued with me that i stole the box from their location! saying there’s no way i paid for the box already when i in fact didn’t even get it from their store! what a joke, always very rude to their customers

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my almost 50 years in business. Their service has degraded to getting our mail only 2 or 3 times a week. Today is close to the end of the day Tuesday and we haven’t had mail service since Thursday last week. They wont answer the phone, we’ve tried calling 4 times today and all it does is ring. The worst part, this isn't an isolated incident, this is becoming their normal level of service.

This place is something else. I’ve been battling with them for a couple YEARS now to get my mail picked up daily. Their communication between workers is horrible. I’ve tried to call literally back to back to back for over an hour on numerous occasions and it just rings until it can’t ring any longer. I’m considerate when I call also, not calling at the heaviest hours. When you do get someone on the phone you’re met with a horrid attitude like you’re inconveniencing them over work we pay them to do .Very poor service from this post office. Not that we really have a choice… if I had a choice I’d work completely with the post office off Vivion but unfortunately that’s not my zip code.

What a joke…. They don’t answer unless you bombard them with calls and when someone finally picked up the phone they hang up on me without listening or offering to help……. My suggestion to management is replace that little boy who answered the phone and hire someone who has guts and dignity.

Clean, fast, polite, professional. No large drop off bin for packages and had to stand in line to drop off, rather than drop and go. Otherwise, nice little neighborhood post office

Horrible service as always. What do you expect from the USPS. Front desk personnel are always rude. Hours are more inconvenient than banks. Don’t open till long after everyone is at work, closes before everyone gets off work.

The postal carriers in this service area are completely incompetent. I have had outgoing mail in my mailbox for over a week that keeps getting ignored. The flag is up. Mail has been delivered multiple times on top of outgoing mail. They are literally just ignoring it and avoiding half their job. They seem to be unable to provide a basic function of postal service.

I am so sorry the customer service training is lacking with postal employees. I would think being federal would strengthen this activity. The postal clerk that assisted me must have slept through their training with dealing with the public. It was not a fun professional experience and I hope that I don't have to return to this place again.
