Wheres my mail? Been in several times and sent several letters off about it missing and still nothing. When something like a letter is sent a month and a half ago it should be here. The replacment letter never came either. Is it just sitting somewhere collecting dust? I am confused as to why we are not getting mail. And why no resolve has come. The actual reps were nice and helpful but whatevers happening behind the scenes is weird.

This is a curious location. The first odd thing is that they don't have rolls of stamps. No being able to buy stamps at the main USPS location just seems weird. So I go to HyVee for those. Then, today, I asked to take a picture of the postage as they processed my letters because they are tax documents and I wanted to have a pic of the information. The lady (two of them, actually) said I cannot take pictures after she puts the postage on. So confusing because I've done it before and can't imagine what's so top secret about it. So I figured that's fine and went over to use the self-service kiosk where I can do it myself. I got out of line to do that and found the machine not working. Sigh. So I elected to go to another location and got my task done very quickly and easily. Except, of course, for the running around which wasted some of my day.

USPS is an irresponsible company, they stole more than $100 dollars in packages that never arrived and they NEVER took responsibility, I called the different lines and I was always ignored, no serious company should work with them because they always deceive users by saying that they bring the packages and it is not like that, in the worst case they are never responsible for the loss of money, the worst experience, do not buy anything that is in charge of them

I am sad to have to post this. I have received zero assistance from the USPS in Kansas City, with a loss of over $1,200 between the shipment of rare books and shipping from France.
At a certain point, they shut off even the emails of the local employees in Rogersville, so that all my email comes bouncing back. I was NEVER rude, NEVER demanding.
I was never placed in touch with any one in Kansas City. It's like they've built this impenetrable fortress of corruption.
Even my Congressman's office got nowhere... There's no excuse or justification for this type of behavior.
I'm happy to remove this review should someone who cares at USPS find it and reach out to me even to TRY to resolve this... These books were an investment, not a fancy... the callousness is really astonishing.

Cass at the up front desk is really the best I messed up on my passport one time when I was supposed to apply for a new book instead of renewing and she was there to help me re do my application she’s a 10/10 associate if you ask me if you see this you know who I am ?

They do not do walk ins even though they have that posted online. The attendant TEV was extremely rude and refused to help or provide any service to attempt to accommodate us. There was nobody else they had to work and simply refused to process a walk in or help fon another location. His attitude was terrible

I only go to this location to ship out mail, they are very professional and speedy and I feel like things get shipped out faster here. Also, it's always nice to step into Union Station!

This is where I go when I want to mail a package or make sure that I have sufficient postage on a larger or bulkier envelope. I have never had anything but prompt courteous service. The hardest thing is the parking, but that’s not the post office. It’s about the events at Union Station.

US post office messed up all my mail that had my new address in my home state!!!!!!
They sent credit cards and ????? caused that one on Alhambra Sacramento to F up Everything, that sorry mail carrier at 444 west 12th st
