This is my go-to post office. The staff are generally friendly and efficient. It's very small and can get busy, so go during off-peak times if possible.

It’s been almost two weeks since my mom and I had to come here to change her address and pick up her new keys. Some BW with glasses was rude right off the bat with us being a register associate about refusing to give my mom the keys to pick up her informed mail to her new apartment in the area after she just spent nine hundred dollars on her contract to show proof.
Bear this in mind: This was our first time going there.

If their finest employee, Daniel, is there, you're in luck. Friendly and knowledgeable. He has been there for years and I never truly appreciated him until I had someone else wait on me or I went to another USPS location. I have even turned around and left when he is not there.

I was already in the facility trying to use their machine to return packages myself . The line for the service desk was long so I was just trying to be efficient. I got a label for one of my packages, but the machine wouldnt make the other for some OD reason . Mind you, I arrived there @4:20pm .. it was now 4:55pm(they were about to close). I asked if I could just have help printing one last label so I could return them since I was already here .. & the black lady told me in a rude irritated tone that they were closed. I proceeded to tell her the machine outside the office wasn’t working properly & it wasn’t my fault, & that I literally just needed one more label ( had the QR code pulled up & all ) & she dismissed me & was speaking to me as if I was stupid. Def not tryna return here if she’s clocked in . The other man seemed nice tho .

Been coming to this post office for years & no problems. The gentleman is very polite & always helpful. Today I walked in to drop off a package, and needed some tape. There is some new lady working, and asked her to use it. She seemed very irritated that I had asked for tape. There was barely any left, and she said woops you ran out… I had asked for more tape since I needed to tape a package up. She had told me in a very rude way they charge for tape usage..? I was extremely confused how you charge for tape. I needed this package dropped off as asap, but now she charged for tape. Will not be returning to her again. Ask for the gentleman for help. He’s the best! I just can’t fathom the thought of charging for tape. It’s ridiculous, makes me wonder if she will charge for pen usage as well…

I love this post office! Workers Dan and Taylor are absolutely fantastic!! Their customer service is great, they are friendly, conversational, and quick at their job! They handle lines and busy rushes very well and always put the customers best interest in the front of mind. I would recommend this post office to anyone.
