The only complaint is that they are charging more than other places due to their consignment approach. Additionally, Red Racks has had a very long history at this location. Their displays are exceptional. However, like most businesses, some staff are friendly, and others definitely should not work with the general public, especially veterans!

“I stopped by here this afternoon to donate some clothing. At first glance, everything was neat and orderly for such a big store. The staff was friendly and helped guide us around back to where the drop off point was. It would have been nice to have a clear sign or some sort of communication indicating a drop off point in the back of the store rather than inside. Compared to other thrift / salvation army stores, this one is much more well-kept. Parking is ample and should not be an issue for anyone. Happy donations =]”
