We do all our banking thru US Bank, have for many years. I stopped in a couple weeks ago to request an 'energency' personal loan to help a family member. I needed the loan fast, like that day. Samantha took care of me, got the request processed, approved, and the cash was in my checking ccount in about 15 minutes. She was awesome! Not only was Samatha very knowlegable but she was also very gracious, friendly, and focused on serving the needs of the customer. She even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied and to see if I needed anything else. Samantha is a definite asset to the Barry Road Branch, and to US Bank as a whole. I give her a 10+. You guys need more folks at US Bank like her.

I have to say, this bank has some RUDE employees! I came in to get a temporary debit card while i waited for my new one to come in the mail. When I asked a question about my new card, the African American lady behind the counter laughed at me. If me asking a question is so funny then she shouldn’t be working at a bank. I came back today to ask a question about my credit card, and the lady seemed hesitant to help me and looked at me weird. I am a young adult building credit and it shouldnt be so difficult for the workers here to be friendly and answer my questions.

Half the time I go there the ATM is down which is definitely inconvenient because there is no longer a US Bank branch by my house. So then I get charged to pull money out from other ATMs.... And the parking lot here is atrocious. Especially the entrance coming in up the hill..... If it doesn't get fixed soon, I'll probably have to stop going to this one all together. Definitely time to get a new bank. Both the locations near this area are run down with terrible parking lots and ATMs that are always needing serviced. It sucks getting charged almost $6 to pull out from an ATM that is not a US Bank ATM, especially since I'm already wasting the gas going out of my way to try to go the the US Bank ATM.Update If I could give this bank a zero I would.....

They don't ever answer the phone! Omg - doing business here can be difficult. They have some friendly staff - but I have also waited while a rep typed up work and just let the line sent. Do better

This is the worst banking experience I’ve ever had on this planet. Monic Rau the branch manager is horrid to work with.I would trust the Sinola Cartel with my money before I trust Monica Rau and the US Bank corporation.

Sloppy paper trail. They make mistakes and pass on the burden to the customer to correct the exact issue they created. They take absolutely no ownership. The branch manager is unavailable and does not return phone calls.

Some tellers definitely lazy, and don't do what you ask them to do.... And apparently you can't answer the phone at this location either.

Horrible customer service. Lied to us for a week about a closed account and refused to release the $2400 in our closed acct because of a suspected fraud. Called the 800 number went to the local branch and got nothing but the run around and lied about ACH deposit funds being sent back but they never were. We will never bank here again. Horrible service and follow up.

Poor line management inside the lobby. Waiting to see a "banker" for assistance with an account and people walking in after us were helped first.

I can only give it 3. this is usually a great location to go to. Though in finding that non business individuals are using a commercial lane leaving business people waiting longer and longer. Like today, I don't know how long this poor person in front of me has been waiting but I waited 30 minutes or more to drop off a deposit. I have a store to open, and I can't be sitting there in the drive-through for an hour waiting to drop off a deposit, when it says online that the drive-through is open.
