They lost a package that we paid over $140 for and said I called and canceled the shipping and every time I call , they lie to me over the phone; thurning me around from one call to another and giving me wrong orientation backwards and forward , take us for dude. The sender went there to claim many times and then they let him stand there and started serving other people as if he hasn’t any right

This store doesn’t follow ups or ups store policy in shipping. I was informed they do not process return service label. All label process has to be shipped from with their stores. They send you for go process it on the ups website. I would recommend all customers process their shipping on the actually ups website and only use this store as drop off. It’s way cheaper.

I just went in close to closing time, which I understand you want to go home, but I was not greeted AT ALL. Not told to give them a minute so they could finish up what they were doing, nothing. I felt like I was a bother & mind you I had to drive over an hour to get here. Customer service was poor & I hate giving bad reviews, but just speaking to me would have made my experience better. The girl that did help me was nice when she finally gave me a moment of her time…but speak to your customers, period.

I do not recommend using this UPS store for notary services. The notary has "called in sick" the past three times I’ve visited. On one occasion, the same lady who had previously done my notary work was present and working, but I was still told the notary wasn’t available. This inconsistency is frustrating and unprofessional. I suggest finding a more reliable location for notary services.

the customer service in this store by the girl in the yellow glasses is terrible she's rude she doesn't give you clear instructions I've been to the UPS store two times today and I still have to come back at 3rd because she doesn't give me clear instructions on what I need to do to ship my package and to think I was going to use ups for my t-shirt business because I am shipping out a lot of t-shirts but I think I'm going to FedEx or the USPS

There's a woman with pink hair yelling at the other associate to answer the phone saying how she can't stand the person... Then said ups can't deliver mail to a specific address and only the post office can but the have post office pickup

Customer service always greets you when you walk into the store. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and do not show frustration when the store is busy. It’s a great experience. Anytime I have returns, I choose this store before the others. Same with buying shipping supplies and shipping packages! Great work!!

Friendly prompt service even when they were not able to fulfill my notary request. They were able to refer me to another notary with a higher bond level for what I required. I returned to send the document once it was notarized and received fast service despite it being a busy time of day.
