Store manager Wyatt is so helpful! I was stressing trying to deal with the automated system to find out my time sensitive package was lost. He made it so much easier and more than resolved the issue very quickly.

I am doing 1 star because is not 0 or minus options. Worst service ever, never never send anything from this company. The are not taking any responsibility from your package neither refund your money. I sent a package that was supposed to be delivered between 2 to 6 business days, it is being 2 months and they keep investigating were it is . You might not know but the take your money and then they send it through usps!!!! What a waste of money and time. Better to send it through usps , super cheap and better guaranteed!!!!

Not the best customer service. Not the warmest employees. They will lie & say there is no other alternative when you're shipping something simple....when there ARE other alternatives available to the customer. Let's just say they "process" customers instead of serving them.

Brandon was the UPS representative that helped me. He was pleasant and patient while I gathered my QR code for him to scan for my eBay shipment. Afterward, he explained that this location offers a kiosk where I can skip the line if I am shipping a package for eBay and have a QR code. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to tell me about this service.

Always have liked giving you guys our shipping business, but if we have to wait in line just to drop a package off with a pre-printed eBay label, we just can't do it. You need to consider opening a ready to go counter drop off spot. When our package is ready to go, seems rather senseless to wait and wait just to hand you a package.
