The Plaza UPS location has always been a great resource. Today I went in to buy a box for a return. Eric immediately assured me I could return the item in the packaging it came in. He was helpful, friendly and engaging. Hope to see him again!

Came here to do a few amazon returns and the guy helped me figure it all out and made it an easy process. I didn't even ask for help but as soon as he saw me trying to figure it out, he was there. Thanks again!
