I went to have some items returned and the guy at the counter didn’t ship the AirPods I was sending back due to them not working I’m not sure what’s going on but I need the product back or a refund because why would they steal customer items

Really, really inconvenient that this place doesn’t open until noon. And then they are only open until 4?! Might as well not even exist because how can anyone working daytime hours even utilize this location with such poor hours
